Mision Express Durango

We liked Everything! My mom, son and I stayed for 3 nights. Everyone was very polite and courteous. The breakfast was delicious although I think it could be a little more varied. The room and the hotel was very clean.

We tried to do some laundry but they said the washer had just stopped working. Probably just my bad luck!

Rooms were clean. All functioning well in the hotel and in the rooms. There was an AC unit and TV. Breakfast was great. The staff was courteous and efficient.

Most aspects about the hotel were great, but one thing I didn't like was that the windows could not be opened and there was little ventilation in the room. Although there was an AC unit, it only recycled the air in the room - there was no way to circulate air from outside and no vent system to bring in fresh air. It's also distant from many services - we had a car so it wasn't a problem.

We found this hotel to be a delight. A lot of attention to details which adds to the comfort of the client. After a long day of driving, to be able to eat really good food "in house" made us very happy. And no corners were cut on the complimentary breakfast. Very good.

the staff in this hotel are all friendly, helpful, and SMILING. it has been 6 months since our last stay and the young lady in the restaurant remembered us and that we were from Mazatlan.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is consistently good. The breakfast was really quite tasty and the staff very helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.

The breakfast staff was responsive to our questions. The food was excellant. This hotel has been our "must stay at" in our travels. This was our 5th stay at Mission. We love Mission! We look forward to finding out what Mission can shine once the pandemic guidelines are removed.

We look forward to the time when the reliance on food from the Holiday Inn next door will no longer be necessary. Our visits to Holiday Inn for evening dinners were originally mediocre and subsequent evening dinners at the Holiday Inn had deteriorated even further. Understanding the pandemic strains puts on everyone, the Holiday Inn dinner experiences were endurance tests; not so enjoyable. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and it was not uncommon to hear, "We don't have that menu item available." We finally lowered our expectations to ordering hamburgers; a default survival technique. The fries however are consistently hot, crisp and flavorful.

Super clean quiet room with very comfortable beds and plenty of fluffy pillows. Very good assisted buffet with diced fruit, granola, scrambled eggs, beans, chilaquiles, orange and apple juice and great coffee. Stayed one night on our way from Mazatlan to Monterrey and were completely refreshed.
