Easy access to the shopping mall’s amenities and restaurants.

Parking is confusing when checking in. The underground parking lot is vast and it was not clear where guests should park to access the elevator to the hotel. Providing instructions or more prominent signage in the parking lot would help. One of the hotel staff also gave me the wrong exit parking ticket so I had to drive back to the elevator, go back up to the front desk and get a new card that allowed me to exit the parking lot. During the stay there was a fire alarm drill around 6am so the entire hotel had to evacuate to the lobby and wait approximately 15 minutes before being back up to rooms.

liked the closeness to the mall, beautiful rooms with amazing views! the allowed us early check in after a long bus ride and upgraded our room, clean and very welcoming

when you enter the main lobby the cab service people sometimes come a little to strong offering tours and transportation

Beautiful hotel and large modern room. Excellent beds and linen. Excelent shower and bathroom. Fantastic view. Great location in a very modern mall with a good food court. Taxi service desk in the lobby.

Weird noise from the ventilation system. Macanical banging for a while. Stopped before sleep time thankfully. Could hear the neighbors TV. Had to knock a couple points off for that.

Very small pool! too small for this size of hotel. breakfast not included and very limited again for this size of hotel. elevators shared with the mall, there are only two and therefore it is often very slow. also guys, when there is the do not disturb sign, please don’t enter the room 😅

I love the people at this hotel. They always remember us, are friendly and provide great service. The food/restaurant is just ok, but the people make it!

I was trying to work from the hotel, and while internet speeds were high, I kept getting disconnected from my meetings. I don't think I will try this as a place to work again - I will have to look for a different location in Tuxtla when I need to work during my stay.

Super clean, modern, understated, comfortable, Very friendly staff

Very large heavy Kleenex box container fell in our room and broke. We reported it and the manager was insisting we would need to pay for it. Do not put such bulky fragile items in rooms and behind when guests share that something has broken.

An exceptionally clean and well kept hotel for a great price. Staff is friendly and service oriented. Located in a great mall for anything you might need and a quick ride to local attractions.

Food in the restaurant could use some flavor improvements for the price but very convenient and great service.
