There was a very good selection even for my picky eaters . we were very impressed . The hot food was delicious . my husband had 2 sevings without feeling judged . As a matter of fact the employee asked if he'd like more before cleaning up the station . My daughter had the fresh fruit , sweet bread and cereal . My son whom is autistic and the pickiest of all eaters, his favorite cereal was available Frosted flakes . also made him toast . The employee saw him eating his dry toast and asked me if he liked jam she could bring him some . truly grateful to her .

the only negative thing i can say is the restroom had no vent and became foggy when we showered. everything else was great. nothing negative to say .

The service was great the moment we parked our car. The room was the perfect size for our stay, it was a nice, clean, comfortable room with all the basic necessities for a good night of rest and sleep.

The parking lot is tiny. We got there late in the middle of the night, and we couldn't find a spot to park. Also, the system was down, and I was not able to pay with card. Ended up paying with cash. The hotel's exchange rate was 1 peso lower than the actual cost of a dollar, so I ended up paying 7 extra dollars for my stay.

The breakfast was amazing! Staff was super friendly and let me work on the premises while I waited for my room to be ready. Great amenities. Good vibes.

It’d be nice to have a more thorough cleaning of the room. The beds are a little on the harder side. But good for my spine hhahaha

it was clean, modern, great breakfast menu, friendly staff, was able to check in early and check out late once I became a member.

walls are not very soundproof so you will hear babies crying, groups laughing at 3am busy streets so the sound of the cars never ends. no mini fridge.

Everything on the property was great except for for the room was a little little small

The location is excellent. The place is clean kept up-to-date. Everything was wonderful, except for my room was a little small for the price. 

The breakfast was a good detail that was added to my stay, they had a nice selection of different food. Loved the orange juice, milk, and the coffee machine! Also, had side snacks and side meals to eat.

One of the staff member, when I had first asked if my room was available there was no effort in checking if my room was available to check in. Made it seem as if I was bothering to ask, luckily later another staff member checked and I was able to check in a bit early than my check in time at 3pm.

The staff was very kind, but the fact that you can check out at 1pm makes the difference. Also the complimentary breakfast is a plus and after 1pm they stored my luggage while I went out to kill time cause my plane was departing at 6pm.

The staff is very gentle. I loved my room and the facilities. Very convenient location, close to "La via rapida". It is very close to different restaurants.

The parking lot is too small, so it is hard to find an available spot. There is not restaurant service. The sideview of the city is blocked by other buildings. So, you cannot appreciate the view of Tijuana.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to shopping center and restaurants. Front desk staff friendly. Breakfast was good. Check out time is 1pm!

Although, the room was clean and ready for us, the carpet in my room was extremely dirty. My five year took off his shoes and his feet were horribly dirty in a few minutes from walking. I washed his feet thinking he had dirty feet from home. And a few minutes later, feet were dirty. We kept our shoes on fur the duration of our stay. For the price, not expecting this to be an issue. Never encountered this.

It was really nice comfortable would definitely stay again .

Just that the AC started leaking lots of water on the carpet but I get things happen .
