El Cielo Resort

The room and facilities were very clean and well kept. The staff were helpful and very attentive. We loved the pool and Latitud 32!

The hallways in the buildings were all tile so you could hear loud noises whenever someone else was in the hallway. Groups of people at their fire pits outside could also be loud, but mostly everyone was respectful and did not stay out late/play music loudly.

Remarkable resort in Valle de Guadalupe Mexico. A resort with winery...your room is overnlooking the vines fields and mountains, feels like paradise!! Clean and specious rooms, with a balcony to a beautiful view, and a big bathroom with shower. Very comfy bed and mattress... Very recommended!

A bit pricy but still worth it. The hold on my credit card took 10 days to be removed.

Food was great, cleanliness of room great, staff overall was friendly and helpful.

Contract with Lomas Travel - overcharged us for rides and a cancellation that was their fault and inconvenience to us; at check out the hotel tried to overcharge us for food - they corrected it but had we not noticed closely they would have charged us twice for the same item. Felt like it was intentional.

This was a last minute trip( literally planned our trip that same morning) was a bit skeptical while booking. However once there, it was more than expected. Everyone was super nice. Room was upgraded for free. It was very clean and modern. Transportation to their restaurant was also provided. Literally had a chauffeur at the door for us. Restaurant didn’t disappoint either. It was over looking their vineyard. Service and food was amazing. I can’t wait to visit again!

Restroom shower doors, I know. They were very hard to open and water ran into the outside tile.

Wine's lover paradise in Mexico, very comfortable, has a mix of luxury and rustic location as you expect in Baja. Year round weather is great, just like Southern California.

The food could have more choices besides Yucatan style, street should be paved so there is less dust flying around.

Had our daughters wedding in Valle and it was very Hard to get in touch to make special requests…when calling several times each employee gave us different answers … very confusing… When we arrived we finally talked to the Manager and he helped us get everything the way we wanted! 🙏

We had the most fabulous stay. As soon as we booked, the staff (especially Benjamin!) was incredibly welcoming and helpful in planning our stay. We were looking to relax and Benjamin did all of the thinking for us which made the trip absolutely effortless. The property is stunning. We haven't stopped talking about how wonderful a trip it was. We have had several friends book already!

Beautiful setting in the midst of their vineyard. Spacious room with balcony overlooking the reservoir. Friendly and helpful staff.

Roads to and from main toll road poorly maintained. Potholes larger than refrigerators!! Bumpy rides all around.

Setting. Room size. Restaurant and winery on site. Wine caliber.

Confusion between the front desk, the restaurant and the wine tasting room staff. it resulted in what we perceived to be Under delivered wine tasting experiences.

The location beautiful, love the breakfast at Lattitude 32. The wine cave tour was very nice, the lady that took care of us was very cordial, great explanations and she handled the last wine during the tasting, which was a nice way to close the tour.

1) The breakfast (room service) was the worst experience of my visit. It came cold, incomplete, and after I called to complain, they didn't even offer to bring a hot replacement. 2) Room refreshment didn't add the 3 daily coffee for the Nespresso machine that it was mentioned at check-in 3) Wine tasting after the cave tour wasn't the best, the guy that did the first 4 wines, didn't give the time and explanation expected for a tasting at this kind of winery.
