Hotel location is good. Staffs are friendly. Though it is quite a distance to walk to waterfront,but it is still walkable. We stayed at family room and the space is big. Restaurants just next to the hotel which is good but most of the restaurants closed early. Only few restaurants open till late.
Towel quite small for big size person even for only XL. Only 1 small mirror. Bathroom heater sometimes can be too hot.

The cleanliness, location , super easy access to be all around in Kuching City. The best is En.Saiful the staff / greeter and the mr informer, he is so kind, friendly and helpful , i just feel at home 👍👍 well done Kapit hotel , surely will come again👍

Very good customer service. Best place for top rated food and fast food places around the hotel...24hrs. Close to other tourist attractions.
Not suitable for senior guest due to unavailable lift or elevator. Parking is limited, but ok for those guests without car....those taking flight to Kuching and using Grab car service.
