The Rise Room

1. Location is good easy to go Airport/City 2. The room is comfy beyond my expectation with price I paid for 3. Easy access even without reception counter, but staff give instruction and password in whatsapp which is more easier

the little pantry is comfy and stoked with necessities. very very affordable that comes with a great room. would probably repeat booking in the future. it is in the middle of the city and walking distance to the paya bunga square, the bus station, the cinema etc easy to find place to eat.

probably the issue with the a/c. just a little issue for me, that the a/c seems to be less cold(?) eventhough it was set at 18 degree because i was sweating through the whole night and couldn’t sleep properly. other than that, my experience was very good!

The only comments were the bedding and towels were worn and new bedding is needed. The facilities such as kitchen was poor as there were no coffee or tea making facilities. I had stayed here before and I was aware the high standards which are slipping slightly. Location was great.

Washroom very spacious. Easy to pickup & drop key.

The room is very clean and cozy! Love it so much. Third time staying here and always been great. First time taking the two-single-beds room. Of course it’s a tad smaller than the one with queen-sized bed but still very comfortable. Shampoo & shower gel, towels are provided. Bed is so comfyy. The pillows too. The aircond works as good. One of the best properties to stay in Kuala Terengganu. Much better than some of the big name hotels in the city

Value for money. Self check in system where the owner will send details via whatsapp, instructions were clear. Room is clean and doesnt smell. However its small but good enough if you are there just to shower, rest and sleep. Good and strong water in the shower. No cupboard to store clothes. Has a common pantry with shared refrigerator, and the included free flow pod-using coffee machine is a plus! Note that there are only stairs up to the rooms so not suitable for elders/disabled. Will I book again next time? Yes.

Everything...the theme for the room is industrial setting...very clean and chic..many plugs and very clean bathroom...easy check in and free arissto coffee at level 1...easy pay with t&go if u want to buy snack...mosquito repelent is on 24/7...the area is secured with alarm system...

Shared iron board...and some guests take the iron boarf and bring it inside to be used...some guest are noisy and nobody was incharged to quiet them down...only 1 refrigerator and shared with others...

Really love the whole interior and room. really clean, comfortable, the toilet is really clean & quite big for twin room. just nice for 1 night stay. for introvert person like me, self checkin & checkout concept was really brilliant! will repeat staying at this room again soon! the location is strategic easy to find restaurants @ mini market. parking just nice, have basic necessities. overall, love staying here!

1) Room: Clean and more spacious than expected, small table at the bedside with a stool to maybe eat and put bits and pieces 2) Checkin: Generally simple process; whatsapp message was sent with instruction on how to go about getting the room key, checkout process, etc 3) Location: Generally convenient, near the main road with a 7-11 and a domino's nearby

1) Looked like it was converted from a house (since we were surrounded by houses in the vicinity), hence there were no lifts, only stairs. If you have bulky/heavy luggage that might be an issue. 2) Noise from neighbouring rooms might be an issue; it didnt affect me as I had the room at the end next to the water tank and I think my neighbouring room was unoccupied. My friend who was at the opposite end had a family with some young children who were a little noisy coming up and down and also opening their room doors (the key was attached to a heavy metal card/chain of sorts)

The room is very cosy and easily accessible. There were no windows in the room that we stayed in but it was not a problem at all for us. The room had a couple of hangers, clean towels and floor mat, cupholders for toothbrush, hair dryer, water and many power outlets as well. Toilet was clean and water pressure was good. There is also a water heater. There is also a lounge area where you can fill your water bottles, sit and relax, and also ironing board to do some ironing. Amenities provided throughout the stay was definitely much more than expected. As for the check in, the owner gave the details for the self check in and it was an easy process overall.

Parking space was a little narrow but manageable. You can either park in front of the property in the porch if there are any lots left or near a shed nearby the property.
