Stayed one night to bunk over in JB, having booked a standard room (1 king sized bed with no windows) but was pleasantly surprised with the experience. Don't let the hotel's two star rating and distance from the city centre fool you; friendly and helpful staff, well set up rooms. I was worried about the reviews I have seen of other hotels of this price point, but all these complaints dissipated upon me entering the room; the cleanliness is impeccable, the room was no frills, no roaches, bedbugs or mould to worry about. Most importantly, the soundproofing of the room was good enough for me to get a good night's sleep. The shower was so relaxing and 'shiok' I got up early just to get a good shower. Water pressure is decent. Although this hotel does not offer breakfast, there's a very nice roti canai place round the corner which surprised me when I got my breakfast there. The chicken rendang curry will tentalise your taste buds.

The power turns off quickly once u leave the room, if that is the only disadvantage, but the air con was powerful enough to cool the room quick.

We liked all the amenities such as the large clean room with all toiletries, kettle provided as per the standard of a three or four star hotel. The Indian restaurant a few shops away at the left corner serves excellent masala tea.

The location is quite far from sights in Johor. Taking taxis to and fro regularly hits the budget. The traffic noise due to the complete lack of soundproofing needs to be dealt with urgently. Please ensure that water dispensers are provided on each floor rather than only on the ground floor.

The receptionist working the evening / night shift was very helpful. She is an amazing person that made my stay much better than I could’ve ever imagined after having a bad day. I appreciate you a lot, thank you! I wish you the very best in life!!

Everything is perfect. The rooms are huge, clean and very affordable!

I like their bedsheets the most it felt really clean and comfortable-- no fuzzball/pilling and smelt so fresh. For the price I paid, I got to stay at Presidential Suite with spacious entrance and bathroom. Definitely will stay here again when I come to Johor Baru. I just hope they can maintain their quality.

Did not come with breakfast. It's quite difficult to find restaurants that serve breakfast near the facility. I shopped for breads and beverages at convenient store located just beside the hotel.

The Premium King room is spacious and clean. Most toiletries are provided same as those in higher grade hotel which are surprising but definitely useful.

The Premium King rooms all faces the main road which is real bad as the window is not sound proof. Motorbike and car noise are loud which can be disrupting and annoying. Given that the Premium King is the highest rate/night, the hotel should consider to upgrade the window sound proofing.

the ambience, the room were clean and spacious. the tv functioning well. the aircond is so cold, bed and blanket was very comfortable and have a great sleep. wifi also in a good connection and fast. surely to come again.

From parking feasibility to check-in procedure with no hassle like you are entering your home. Very spacious room. Comfy bed. Special note to those who love high pressure bath; this is the place.

The hotel required several preventative maintenance as ROOM 211 bathroom lock detached.

The location is great. Easy access to EDL or Pasir Gudang Highway. Spacious room and bathroom. Very Clean and value for money. Definitely will repeat again.
