Good location, not much within walking distance, but eateries and the checkpoint were only 10+min away by grab.
Toilet could be better (no hot water, no toilet paper), although they changed the room for us for free. However, the hotel's receptionist said that the hotel had ran out of toilet paper from 7pm, all the way till 2am. I find that ridiculous.

the decor was unique and luxurious in style
there was no ramp to go up to the entry. we had to use the stairs leaving to the main entrance to the reception area. it was quite challenging with our luggage. the plumbing for the shower could be better.

Very homely with unique royalty finishing , especially with the floor and toilet wall nice tiles. Looking forward for more stays in this home away from home. However some lighting fixtures were without plugs and bulbs. 😉

Hotel look like a ISTANA, nice decoration more gold colour. Room very big, they have swimming pool in roof top nice view.
No breakfast/dinner, but is ok for me because they have a lot Gerai Makan at near Petrol Station.

No housekeeping to clean our room because we stayed for 2 nights. Rubbish already full but no housekeeping to take it out from our room.

I like the furniture. It felt like I am walking into the Royal Palace Furniture. I also enjoyed the swimming pool.

tqsm for all the staff. my wedding went so beautifully happened there 😍 and all of our family including the in laws stayed there during my wedding ceremony. the manager Mr Luthfi very helpful helping my prep since A-Z and all of the team too. Not to forget Dato Rokiah, being very welcome since day 1 me and my mum having meeting for my big day. That day was unforgettable ❤️❤️❤️
Only need to upgrade the building maintenance, water leakage in my dad in law's room, and my room also got water flood from bathroom, so we need to put the towel on the floor. Oh and one time the building blackout during our stay when groom's family came to JB for visit. just upgrade the building maintenance. everything was excellent ❤️
