Avani Lesotho Hotel & Casino

Very good, though I missed my Breakfast for 2 days. I was having nice time drinking Maluti Premier Draught. And also having fun in the Casino.

Overall Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. What more can I want?

The overall stay was excellent, rooms, friendly staff, professional and very helpful. The highlight of the stay was the SPA. The Therapists were amazing.

The service and food at the dinner restaurant downstairs by the Casino on our first night was terrible. We have decided to eat out the rest of our stay, unfortunately that was the Hotel's loss due to their bad service. However, the Breakfast service and food was excellent. The pool was under construction, and we were not informed prior to our arrival.

Room was great, clean. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner options as well. WiFi everywhere was awesome as I did not have a Lesotho sim card.

Chose this hotel because there was a gym. But there was so many other people, not hotel residents that it was basically unusable. The pool was empty but I know they were busy with maintenance which is understandable.

It’s a great location with all necessary facilities. Great pool and gym with very good equipment. The food is amazing and varied. And I’ve never seen such hospitality and kindness, from the reception to the restaurant and spa, just lovely people who make you feel at home away from home. Thank you!

The staff welcomed us with such friendlines and kindness. All the people who work at the hotel were very kind, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was to die for. Absolute highlight for me!!! The extra sized bed was very comfortable 😀

The TV channels were very limited. They should consider adding more channels. This was a disappointment for me. But because the hotel has reliable fast internet, we could entertain ourselves by watching things online.

Very clean and nice hotel with casino. It is located on hilltop, so great views but need taxi to get there and everywhere from there. Pool was closed but large fitness room. They prepared a prepacked breakfast for us as we had an early excursion.

Only 2 elevators for 5 floors and 1 wasn't working..Tiny balcony in our room with door difficult to open....and bathroom door difficult to close.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean at all times. The refreshments were replenished on daily basis. The food was superb.

Toiletry was not provided in my room (room 415) on 20th and 24th February 2024. I had to call the reception who in turn called the housekeepers to assist me.

The coffee shop is a good space to chill or do some work. Breakfast was good. However the pastries and croissants need improvement. Quality of food for lunch and dinner is also good.

The TVs in the room have limited channels and poor picture quality. The staff kept changing the towels daily even though I left them on the rail - not very eco-friendly.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar manager was exceptional. The rooms were clean and I liked the idea of having people assisting with the kids' bedding during the night. The breakfast was superb.

Staff is very friendly and always ready to assist. Very big fitness center with all the equipment you need for a good workout. The food is excellent and the bed is very comfy. Swimming pool bigger than at most hotels.
