I was really surprised at this hotel. I stayed in a small single room. The room was well equipped, neat and tidy. I liked the location, it's an easy walk to the metro and to Namba Station (for airport express and departing Osaka for Nara) It was also really easy to get around Osaka. The staff were helpful - A big, Thank You to Sajad for helping me with my booking error. This hotel met all my needs whilst I was traveling in Japan.

Great location of the hotel, within 10 mins walk to the metro station and 15 mins walk to shopping mall. Also, many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The price of the stay is also reasonable.
Not sure why but the wifi didnt worked since the forth day of my stay. No cleaning service during the stay which may be little inconvenience to some people

I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was pretty large by Japan standards. The beds were twins, so a bit narrow, but It was still quite good.
I really really hated the pillows. If you like hard pillows, you'll be fine. I prefer a softer pillow. The breakfast was busy, but ok. It was a pretty standard Japanese hotel style buffet. I'll pass on this next time I stay here.

when I first saw my room I thought it was small but it had A/C a good bathroom , the staff were excellent. the hotel is near Nankai station and the Metro.
I have nothing negative to say about the Sarasa Namba.

They have parking on site, even though it need to be reserved and they only have 3 parking spaces. Having not to worry about my vehicle and also carrying back and forth things with no hassle.
Because the room had the energy efficiency mode, when we have to insert our key for everything to start from AC to lights, it was very hot every time I went in to the room.

It's very clean.
Sometimes, it would stink from the drain in the toilet, but the ventilation worked well and it would go away after letting some water through. Also, if you drained the bathtub too quickly it would flood the floor.

the refrigerator in the room can only keep things fresh. the pipe in the bathroom is kind of stuck, but still usable.

The hotel & facilities exceeded my expectations, especially considering the deal that I got for it. Also, the location is extremely convenient as it's a short walk away from the major stations and the famous Dotonbori.
