Breakfast was amazing, best yet! Hirosaki is prime apple growing area and was good to see these included in the many breakfast dishes on offer. Apple curry followed by apple ice cream, my new morning favourite. Lots of Western and Japanese dishes. Omelettes made to order. Breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. Location great, very near to station. I requested a quiet room, given a room on 11th floor and really was quiet. Didn’t hear anything. Beds and pillows very comfy, bathroom was good size, with lovely toiletries.
There was no onsen, but the comfort and breakfast more than made up for this.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms( stayed in twin) . Excellent cleaning service(thanks a lot!!!) Super breakfast with a lot of choices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy check-in/ out( and you can hold your luggage there before check in and after checkout)
2 things: 1- need some changes in breakfast menu( we stayed 5 days and every day was the same) 2- we were notified after checked in that they have renovations going outside the building and everything was covered in blue construction covers from top to bottom and were asked do not open blinds in the room at all…so for paying more and asking for Mountain View and received nothing. Was very frustrating…

-Hotel is located near Hirosaki Station (about 2 minutes walk) with convenient store on 1st floor (7 Eleven) -Staffs are polite and able to speak basic English -Room size is good and bed is comfy -Breakfast is buffet style with many variety of choices, local cuisine also served which is very delicious
-I want to try a dinner (also buffet style), So I went to ask staff on 2nd floor, but staff said to get a dinner it must be made by reservation only (eventhough the restaurant still has many seat, so I was a bit surprised)

- Great location, located right beside JR Hirosaki station; Hirosaki Park is about a 30-minute walk or a short 10-minute bus ride - The rooms are standard-sized for Japanese hotels and the beds are comfy. - Great breakfast - they have an extensive spread using local and season ingredients. I had the apple sorbet and it was delicious. - The property features laundry machines that can be locked using a pin; 600 yen for a wash and dry cycle, which includes detergent.
- The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were signs of mold forming in some of the corners

Excellent location, right next to the JR station and major bus routes, accessible to both local attractions and other cities in Aomori. Room with great view of the Hirosaki city plus mountain areas! Breakfast recommended.
The carpet in the room is somehow worn and old, which looks not very clean even after the daily cleanup.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous, the best breakfast we had on our 2 week trip and we couldn't believe that it was free. It was superior to a hotel that we stayed at afterwards, where we had to pay for the breakfast. There was also a store clerk, Wataru, who worked on the 2nd floor of Appliese and he went out of his way to help me find a kimono for my grand-daughter. That was service above and beyond the call of duty! I will never forget his kindness!

The hotel just next to railway station and easy to find food. Room was very clean. Each room we have 2 people but they gave us Triple Room witj 3 beds.
Room would be much too small for 3 people because there would not be able to pack/unpack any singe luggage unless put it on the bed.

Location is very handy just next the main train station. It is a little bit far from the main sakura park, if you are looking to visit just the park its not the best location. There is plenty of transport available. Breakfast has many options and its very complete.
Its an old hotel but nicely kept, rooms are very warm and you need to open the window or AC.

The breakfast at the hotel is very good. There are all kinds of food on offer, including Western, Japanese, Chinese and even some local specialties. There was bread and salad, infused waters and tea and coffee. Everything was delicious and plentiful. My one tiny complaint was the food didn't change much from day to day as I had breakfast two days in a row in the hotel. However, the food was great! My room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The location was close to the train station and there was ample parking for my friend's car. There were quite a few restaurants in the vicinity and there was even a convenience store in the hotel building.
Nothing! I had no problems at all with the hotel or the facilities. My stay was great and my friend and I hope to come back another time.
