Radisson Blu Hotel, Abidjan Airport

my stay here was prolonged and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. my requests were accommodated and everyone was informative. this is a great hotel- the gym was very clean with sufficient equipment, and COVID protocols followed. I enjoyed the pool and the courtyard and the food was good. It was a really enjoyable stay!

Smoking rules.When I wanted to relax outside, it was difficult as smoking was permitted everywhere outside and made it impossible to get fresh air. In the room I stayed in, I could also smell smoke from time to time.

the breakfast, no variety and only one muesli for a 5 stars hotel. no corn flakes and only apple, orange and one day for banana. they should copy Pullman breakfast or sofitel (this is what we call breakfast). Was really disappointed about the breakfast. things can get finished easily because measure as if we were in world hunger day.

On check out I pointed out that there was $ 199.00 taken from my credit card that they apparently had no record off. Subsequently My office has been in touch with the hotel with copies of bank statements etc but to no avail.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, The staff were pleasant very helpful on the catering side. The rooms were very comfortable Swimming pools were very clean, Comfortable seating area around the pools.

The staff could be a bit more proactive on the reception desk ( Quicker ) but they are very helpful but slow. complementary Coffee and tea supplied to the rooms could be topped up every day but wasn't having to ask every day.

The room, the breakfast and the staff were very good. The location was very cool as it was away from the city and quiet.

The pool was below standard, we stayed 2 nights and 3 days and it was never clean. They were people not staying at the hotel with clothes all over the place, it looked like a market. We decided on the second to not swim as the pool was so dirty. My skin is peeling a couple days later

its very close to the airport. the staff is helpful. the food is not to bad.

the entrance is not clean. there is a big fly problem at the pool. I think they should burn some scented candles or spray to keep them away

A modern and practical hotel.

My laptop got a bug after return to my country. The Wifi of the hotel should be checked for possible hacking.

closer to Airport. clean and spacious property.

away from main city. Traffic and limited option for Vegetarians.

The same as usual the staff been helpful and polite The buffet breakfast is the best good choice and fresh
