The most stunning location and home away from home feel. Every staff member was an absolute delight and couldn’t do enough to help you. We stayed in the corner suite and the view was spectacular. It’s a short 10m walk Down to Sorrento and keeps you out of the craziness. The attention to detail in the design of the property was exceptional. Sundowner drinks on the terrace every night was so beautiful and the drinks though expensive were fabulous.

Please put in a proper blackout curtain for sleeping as the blinds still let in a lot of light

We love this place! Our THE favorite place to stay in Sorrento and Positano areas, judging from our previous trips and 10 days trip this time. It’s a boutique hotel that lacks a full service. Reasons for our praise are its modern art decor, magnificent view of Naples Bay, Vesuvius and Sorrento and excellent breakfast! We like its location as well since it’s away from center of the city but close enough with serenity. This will be our hotel to stay in our future trips in this area.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at! The room is amazing and the stuff very polite and helpful. We choose to stay here for two nights during our Honeymoon. It is a perfect location for this kind of vacation. The hotel is located in Marina Grande so you can reach the beach very easy by using the private stairs of the hotel. The stuff helped us book sunbeds to a beach nearby and they offered us Champaign during the sunset buffet. The view from the room and from the terrace is breathtaking, you can't get enough of it. I recommend taking the stairs in the hotel so you can admire all the art pieces and old photos of the family owners.

incredible views from the gorgeous sun deck. unbelievable collection of design classics throughout the hotel. stunning sea views from our room. immaculate cleanliness and upkeep - everything looks brand new. delightful decor, always something more to notice! staff were fantastic, they warned us in advance of a train strike on the day of our departure, and advised a different route. lovely touch to offer us a free lunch on the final day while we were welcomed to use the facilities until we left. absolutely the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in!!!

We loved how personable the staff were. This boutique hotel is perfectly small and caters to each and everyone one of its guests exceptionally. By far the best hotel we've stayed in ever, just because of service alone. One night the staff even helped us order pizza and set up the dining table for us to enjoy our meal. The breakfast and buffet was excellent as well. This is truly home away from home. The rooms and property and tastefully designs and very clean! We can't wait to be back

From the moment we entered, Floriana made our stay AMAZING! The design of the hotel is second to none, and the views are OFF THE HOOK! Aside from the pool being in the shade for the majority of the day, the hotel is not to be missed.

To be fair, the entire experience was fantastic! But if I were to say anything that could be improved would be the breakfasts. Sure, there were lots of choices, but a little more attention from the service staff would have made this hotel FIVE STAR!

Everyone was polite, helpful & professional. Assisted us with transportation needs. The "free" breakfast was exceptional, and the kitchen workers were so attentive. The view is amazing! And we were lucky enough to walk into our room just in time to capture a magnificent firework show over the water! Is close to the main square into town, walkable with an incline back to the hotel, but not bad at all. The 300 steps leading down to the private beach are a different story though, lol! Be prepared for a steep climb.

Only thing I can think of is the room key situation. It's on a really big ball that is difficult to carry in a small purse or a pocket.

Fabulous location with unrivalled views across to Vesuvius, lovely staff and a very relaxed feel about the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices of hot/cold and sweet/savoury. There are several areas to relax and take in the views, sunbathing or having a dip in the pool, enabling you to feel like to are almost alone

I know the hotel is exclusive, but charging 15 euros for a Corona and 10 euros for a cup of tea was a bit ridiculous, even if it comes with a few nibbles.

Everything. The attention to detail in this hotel is next to none. The art and decorating is beautiful and really captures the essence of modern Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. The pool is a very relaxing area and rooms are great size and very clean.

No coffee machine or tea maker in the room.

The property is absolutely stunning. Is like staying in a private villa. The extraordinary staff makes you feel at home. The complimentary breakfast and the aperitif are delightful. The rooms and the amenities are a high std for a 5-star hotel.

I know the space is limited, but it might be good to have more relaxing space and beds around the pool area. Not particularly from the hotel, but around the area, it might be difficult to get a good place to eat, most of the surroundings are average restaurants.
