Really helpful owners, great quiet location but only 3 minutes walk from Sermione circular bus route bus stop, ice cream shop, several restaurants and lakeside beach. Attractive pool area which is big for the number or rooms so never busy. Hotel was very clean and maintained with daily maid service. Lovely continental choice for breakfast with boiled eggs if wanted. Really reasonably priced for location.

There was nothing to not like. It is a beautiful well run hotel.

- the location is very good, it's on the quiet street and close to bus stop and main road to old town - the owners were very nice and accommodating - swimming pool and loungers were a bonus after long day of walking - modest but very good breakfast with fresh bread and pastries

- the walls seems to be leaking some amount of sound - for example: we could hear the neighbors next door when they came back during the night (around 2am) and turned on the tv. Don't know how this could be improved but this is my only suggestion.

We liked the location, it was 3 km from Sirmione and you could easily walk or take a bus. The location Colombare is also very nice, you can take a walk near the lake. The room was big, with a balcony and ok beds. We also liked the free parking and our service. The breakfast was Italian, which means basic but very good and we were offered cooked or fried eggs. The service was responsive on all our claims.

We didn't like the small tub (70x 70 cm) with very unstable glass door and the dust in the bathroom. Overall, bathrooms need renovation but this is probably why this hotel is cheaper.

A very warm welcome when we arrived early and our room was ready soon after. The hotel was great and the pool was very much needed after a hot day. The breakfast was good and Donnatella helped us with sightseeing and bus and ferry services. Would definitely stay again.

The shower was on the small side.

the property felt like home away from home, the staff was all so kind and we felt very safe in this location. we also felt very cared for, which is always comforting being so far away from home.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was small but sufficient.

The Hotel had very thin walls so we could hear the neighbors talking and snoring.

Breakfast was okay, but it would have been nice to have more of a selection (eggs, different kind of bread for example)

Donatella is an amazing host ! Very welcoming and funny ! Great breakfast, working air conditioning, swimming pool, good location in walking distance to the lake, restaurants and Cafés... Excellent value for the money!

Nothing to complain about..

Very nice place, 30 min to Sirmione center. Many restaurants nearby, as well the beach. Free parking, and the nicest hostess, which spoke I don't know how many languages (at least 4!)

Was excellent Superb location. Lovely friendly staff. The breakfast was perfect and just when we liked. Great location for walking to Sirmione. We want to come back again very soon.
