Hotel Cavalluccio Marino

The breakfast at this property was absolutely fantastic, as it was a breakfast buffet it could keep you going nearly up to dinner time, and the people who served there were so lovely. Even though we did not speak Italian it still worked with a few words from us and hand signals. Very pleased

Nothing to complain about..

The view from the balcony over the water. The salt water pool was very refreshing. The bar made great Aperol Spritz to enjoy poolside or in deck chairs. Free use of an umbrella and deck chairs for visit was great

The bathroom was very cramped, water from the shower sprayed everywhere and kept getting everything wet.

The view from our room was amazing, we booked the Junior suite with seaside view. It was a beautiful and bright room with plenty of space, large bathroom, had a safe and the air conditioning worked perfectly well. Our beds were comfy, they cleaned the room daily, fresh bedsheets and towels at all times. The hotel has plenty of restaurants in its proximity (walking distance), supermarkets and it is close to the centre. Staff at the reception were helpful, the cleaning ladies were very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff at the restaurant and the pool had their favourites. People got served at the table, by the pool, we had to get drinks& cutlery for ourselves, some of them didn’t even say hi to us. They spent ages catering to others and making sure all their needs were met. We had one dinner at the restaurant and then found different places to eat (plenty nearby). Despite the fact that we stayed at the hotel, we got the farthest sun loungers, while outsiders that paid got the better spots. This did not affect our holiday in the slightest, but it might make a difference to others. Transport is an issue, the hotel helped book a transfer to the airport. Despite the fact that on the way back to the airport we shared a ride with another person, he still charged us the full amount.

The girls are all super polite on reception and pool cafe.

Life guards behave like doormen favouring non residents on sunbed positions as others have mentioned. Restaurant food nowhere near as good as other restaurants it’s very average

The location was great. I loved our little balcony, and the air conditioning in the room was so appreciated! The beds were very comfortable!

The hallways/staircases were very rundown/shabby. Everything could use a fresh paint job.

The room was very comfortable with all the needed amenities and comfortable and clean. The view was amazing. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The location of hotel was amazing, the pool and restaurant were fantastic Staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much. This hotel is easy to get to via train from Rome

Fabulous location, great staff and wonderful restaurant. right on the beach with own pool. 20 minutes taxi from cruise terminal.
