Hotel San Lorenzo

We booked the room following multiple recommendations, we were looking for a place that would be close to the attractions in the area. Breakfast was reasonable, they did offer us omelets and coffee and the children received hot chocolate. The staff make sure to inform us about the check-in time so that we wouldn't be late because otherwise, we wouldn't be able to enter - there is a code for the gate and entry. Parking was free.

Some of the sheets had stains, at night it was cold and there was no extra blanket, they were only covered with a sheet and a thin bed cover as well. There was only one extra pillow in the closet and I would have been happy if there were more pillows or blankets

The hotel is clean, safe, well maintained and easily accessible by a car. Room is spacious and in a good condition. Car can be parked on the area behind the hotel, but it can be occupied during evenings by restaurant customers. Restaurant located within the hotel is worth to give a try.

The hotel is good and recommended to visit, but it was not as excellent as it was expected based on the reviews. Breakfast is good, but it is exactly the same every morning. The sound isolation is poor. The room on the street side is noisy and also the noise from the rooms next to passes the walls easily. Not the best for sleeping…

We stay in this hotel as part of a road trip in Italy. It is close to Verona and Garda lake but in a small quiet town. The town is small but has a curious castle/fortified village that is worth the visit if you stay in the hotel. The room was wide and comfortable, the bed as well. The bathroom was large, clean and complete. The room had a fridge you could use. The breakfast was good. Typical Italian with salty and sweet food, but it was fresh and coffee was made at the moment. The hotel had a bar and a restaurant below. The restaurant was delicious; we recommend eating there. The hotel had parking.

The walls were not soundproof, so you could hear visitors going into their rooms at night; fortunately, all of us were seeking quietness, the noise lasted just a few minutes. The shelf of the bathroom is a bit small. It would be nice to have a larger one,

The staff was amazing and very thoughtful. Giusi checked us in and recommended a few places to see. She always had a smile to greet us. Rino was very helpful with everything as well. He brought us breakfast to go when we were running out the door and had to miss breakfast. Chef Carlo was amazing as well, because the food at the restaurant for dinner was delicious. There were no complaints heard. Even if the hotel wasn't as great as it was, we would go back just for the amazing service and food.

Very nice small family hotel. Staff is very kind and helpfull. Nice and quiet location. Just right distance to Gardaland where we went.

Hnges of bathroom door should do with some WD40 as they squeak but that is the only remark we had. :-)

Great location for visiting gardaland, aquapark and parco natura. (10 min by car), quiet area, staff excellent, really good breakfast and excellent coffee.

The hosts were very welcoming and kind. The hotel is small , very clean, with a family atmosphere. The breakfast was like at home. Variety of options. We enjoyed very much our stay.

Room was very clean and spacious, staff was very nice and kind, really pleasant hotel in very quiet place. Also food for breakfast was really delicious :)
