How close it was to Pompei ruins. Walking distance was 7 minutes. I liked how staff took care of us and answered all questions with accuracy. I liked the balcony. I liked the view of Mount Vesuvius. I liked the safety features for door locks. It is close to market. For the price it is worth it. Thank you

The doors need to be improved. I could hear everyone on the floor. They need to be replaced with sound deadening feature. It is Europe and this place was on the 4th floor. No elevator and had to climb stairs. The the price it is worth it.

The B&B was newly remodeled and was beautifully done. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was nice and spacious. We also really enjoyed the balcony.He met us there and walked us through the facility. It was an easy walk to the Pompei Ruins and about a 15 min walk to the train station.

No problems at all but might not be the best choice for older customers due to not having an elevator and 3 flights of stairs but we loved it.

It is really worth its price. But you should know that it is a more or less non maned bed and breakfast. The room is really good with cleaning every day and nice bathroom and a small balcony. It is on the third floor without elevator and you will get a lot of keys. Internet work for most of the time and you manly communicate with the staff via text or WhatsApp. The location is quite nice but you cannot really walk straight to the center. But just a short 5-10min walk. What was a bit strange when we were there in May 2022 there were more or less no cabs around in Pompeii? Do not know if that is like that all the year though.

More than 1 coffee machine. When you have a non maned BB there should be backup if anything happens with the machine. Like it did for us. I cannot wake up without coffee.

Sebastiano was very helpful and very nice. He explained everything perfectly and even had a map to show us local attractions. There was food and drinks that we could take and leave a euro in the room. We had a great view of the surroundings. We had an issue opening the door because we misread the instructions he had left, and Sebastiano replied to my text at 11pm showing me what button to press. We could have been stuck outside (and it would have been my own fault too) but he replied almost instantly with a solution. Highly recommend this lovely place.

I thought the smell of the cleaning products in the room was a bit strong, but it took nothing away from our amazing stay. Just my opinion.

The location was great. Close to the railway station, Pompeii Ruins, restaurants, and shops. All within walking distance. Our host, Mirko, was great and kept in touch with us by WhatsApp . Very helpful. A big thanks to the Cleaner Libera who found my piece of jewellery.which had such sentimental value. All in all very happy and wiill come back again .

The only thing is that shower cubicle needs to be seen to. Rather grubby. Otherwise the room was great.

The place has a very good location, a couple of minutes walk from the Pompei train station and to the Pompei Archeological Parc, in the neighnorhood there is a market. The room was clean, good for travelling with children, there were toiletries, bath towels, coffee and snacks for money (but the prices were very low). The host was very nice and pleasant. We enjoyed the stay.

Modern, convenient and safe. The host is really clear, helpful and kind. The room itself was really nicely put together, a great renovation, it felt familiar but not completely alien to the local area.

The kitchen was rarely cleaned, dishwasher not run so we and other guests in the hotel just washed them ourselves. The floors weren’t swept or hoovered either so things got a little dusty.

Since it was a B&B I guess I was expecting more of a breakfast. There were several packaged pastry options, yogurt, fruit, toast and an espresso machine, but no hot food like eggs. Maybe my expectations were based on US B&Bs and it’s different in Italy. There were non breakfast items that you could purchase separately.

it was clean and tidy. really liked that we had rooms next to each other do we could share the balcony. also liked there was information in the rooms about excursions

didn’t realise it was up several flights of stairs as dad struggled a bit with this. also didn’t realise it was a help yourself to breakfast bits but didn’t read this properly if stated

Location was good walking distance to train station, walking distance to ruins. The guy who came to welcome us was friendly and helpful . How ever need to let people know that there is no reception staff. So need to organise to meet you onsite. Bit difficult to find a place if you are walking from train station, So keep the phone and the reception phone number handy. The place is quite and really good.
