Location… Balcony room view has the best beach/cove view! You could spend all day on it Room v clean and comfortable. Cosimo our host was fabulous and Very helpful. Carpark and Tuk Tuk transfer very efficient and easy.

Property was perfect. Town and beach too busy in August for us. We would love to return at a quieter time. Do not bother with the towns “famous Grotta Restaurant”. ( not associated with property) Very poor service and food. Very overpriced.

I booked this hotel for the location and it delivered that. We had a large balcony overlooking Polignano beach - perfection!

There were no glasses in the room to have a drink on that awesome balcony. They did arrive the next day when we asked. Accept that you will wait for the golf cart transfer to your parked car each time - even if you plan ahead. The room is small, but we knew this - was going for that view :-)

We had a wonderful stay. The view is just superb, right on the "edge" looking down towards the beach. It is right in the old town close to all the restaurants and bars, and within very easy reach of the beach and the bridge. The room is compact but we had enough room and obviously it's an old, characteristic building. Cosimo, our host, was so very welcoming and helpful and we are very grateful for all his assistance. We very much enjoyed our breakfast at the local bar that was included.

Everything was great (but we would have preferred to not have had the music from the nearby bar).

I had a lovely little stay at Posea! Davide reached out to me from the hotel shortly after booking and was a wonderful help. He set up a private car for me from the airport, helped me bring up my heavy luggage and gave the best recommendations around Polignano to visit. I can thank him for making my first trip there so smooth. The room was quaint and cozy. I loved my terrace view of the beach and ocean. Right in the heart of the city. I will be back again!!

The views from the terrace are stunning and the modernization of the property has been completed sympathetically and to a high standard. The character features have been retained but modern conveniences were included. The location of the property just inside the walls was very convenient yet still peaceful.

There were a lot of stairs to get up to Room 5 and more to the roof terrace so not suitable for everyone. Cosimo was very helpful and assisted with the suitcases.

Excellent location with fantastic views of the beach, in the heart of the shops and restaurants. Nicely presented room, good size bathroom, coffee-making facilities. Very helpful Manager with transport provided from car-park to the Old Town area, close to the apartment.

Being close to everything means it is noisy. The glass doors are not double-glazed so seem to let all the noise through. At night, young people gather close to where the apartment is until late at night and make a lot of noise.

The location! The view! The kindness! The cleanliness! Absolutely perfect! If you are reading this review it means that the room is available for the dates that you want. Do not miss out on this room. Everything that you need is right around the corner. The beauty of this town must be seen. But you will have the best view from your balcony. I have no idea how we were able to get so lucky to stay here but we were truly blessed. A crazy thing happened when we came back for an outing and that was a maid came in and cleaned our room, which occurs daily, I mean you could smell the pine-sol. I cannot remember the last time I stayed somewhere that a room gets scrubbed daily and how much I missed it. The free breakfast was wonderful! When we arrived the guy behind the counter was so nice and helpful. I handed him the ticket and was informed that I can choose whatever I want, and how much I want of it. What?? I became a kid in a candy store at this point looking at every delightful pastry and wanting each one; and I got to do this each day we stayed. I cannot say enough about this beautiful room and location! I hope you are lucky enough to stay here.

the view from the balcony was fantastic and the decor in the room was lovely. the concierge staff and communication via WhatsApp were great.

the shower wasn’t sealed well so the bathroom floor got soaked. the front door was onto a public area and we smelled peoples smoke for a while. we were told the wrong restaurant for our included breakfast and were then sent to another, using up our time. the breakfast only included pastries and 1 hot drink. the music from the restaurant opposite was very loud until very late.

Good communication with host before and during trip-very professional! We got a bit lost but they came to help us and gave lots of helpful information at check in. They also organised our airport transfer. Room was better than we expected and the rooftop terrace with the beautiful view is incredible! Room was spotlessly clean and was cleaned during our stay even though we were only there for two nights. Very bright and spacious. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Nice decor. Excellent location in the middle of everything and great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Special shout out to the loveliest staff ever in Da Luciano cafe where the complimentary breakfast is provided and you can choose anything you like but make sure to get the pistachio croissant!

This was our favorite accommodation of our 4 week trip. The staff were so helpful and the location was 10/10. We had several delayed flights on arrival anddidnt end up getting to the accommodation until 2am. The staff were in contact with us the whole time ensuring us that they would be there to help bring all our luggage in and check in late.
