Sabina was an excellent host, very communicative. There were lots of nice tea and coffee making equipment for breakfast, it was maonly pre-packaged pastries and breads but was yummy. Very close to the tower and the square of miracles and Pisa's station san rossare so even though the house is a little difficult to get to for the last few hundred meters (you need to use an underpass and cross the big road) it is very walkable and easy to get to all sorts of locations including Firenze.

Breakfast could be a little better, but we very much liked the milk frother.

+ The best owner <3 - Sabina explained us every detail before our arriving, she was tooking care of us, asking if we needed anything, she replied quickly to our messages and she was always very kind and helpful. On the day our check-out she allowed us to leave our luggage to 5 p.m. what was very nice and we really appreciate it. + Apartment was very clean and spacious (we had a high ceiling apartment with small kitchen only for breakfasts, living room, corridor, bathroom and two bedrooms with comfortable double beds). + The kitchen was equipped daily with ingredients of a typical sweet Italian breakfast and there was cleaning service every day at 10 a.m. + Contactless check-in and check-out. + Very good price for the stay. + From the apartment is very close to train station (Pisa S. Rossore) and to supermarket Pam (about 6-7 minutes on foot).

For two nights it was noisy outside. There is little sunlight in the apartment and poor WiFi coverage.

It was OK to park free on a side bit of road outside, and only a ten minute walk into the part of Pisa where the Duomo and Leaning Tower are situated, and the nearby Botanical Garden, the oldest in Europe. A longer walk brings you to the River and a particularly interesting Museum of Naval Antiquities, featuring Roman ships which had been buried in mud for nearly 2000 years with their cargo and personal belongings. If you're having a short stay, it's worth purchasing tickets for the Leaning Tower in advance, otherwise you may not get in, as numbers are restricted for safety reasons!

There's no resident staff, but they come in after breakfast (which is all pre-packed supplies other than a limited choice of cereals and sliced bread). We arrived early evening, and let ourselves in with instructions and key codes. The shower over the bath had a curtain too short to hold water in the bath area, but they said it didn't matter!

Pisa is beautiful town, staff in the appartment was excellent, accomodation very good. But...

Unfortunately, there is no private parking, so we left the car in the public parking lot right next to the apartment, about 50 meters away, during the night someone broke into our car by breaking the rear window, they stole one of our travel bags, which, you wouldn't believe, we found in a nearby underpass. Terrible experience, but the apartment staff engaged themselves in communication with the police. Thank you, Azzurre! We replaced the glass in the service center within three days, thanks to the service staff for their kindness and speed. Of course, because of this, we also lost the ferry ticket and had a higher extra cost, instead of 1 night in Pisa, we spent 5 nights.

This b&b was perfect as a base to explore Pisa and Lucca - the train station is only a 5 minute walk. The leaning tower of Pisa is only 10 minutes walk away. Staff were lovely and polite. The bedroom was lovely as was the bathroom - it is external but this was no issue. Breakfast was a bonus. I loved it all. Walking under the tunnel was also no issue - there is a path and is safe. Felt very homely. Highly recommend!!!

Nothing, perfect place to stay!!

Sabina was a lovely host, always available to message and happy to help out and answer questions, even booking us a taxi! Check in and check out were super easy, with the use of a key box and photos from Sabina. The building felt secure and there were plenty of drink facilities and snacks for breakfast.

To access the bnb from San Rossore station you have to walk a short distance through a tunnel, which could be scary if travelling alone/ at night, but other than that the location was excellent and very easy to get to.

Excellent choice of breakfast items. Lots of choices of tea/coffee etc. Room very comfy. Location ideal from Pisa San Rossore train station - literally a 3 minute walk! As you leave the station by the ticket office, the b and b can be seen to the left. 10 minutes away from tower

Milk - maybe put in fridge for arrival when weather is very warm :) Supply something for cigarette ends in the garden. We had problems with our plug adaptor - maybe consider supplying one in the room.

Second time in the house , it's very close Pisa Tower , and 1O min by car from Airport . The apartment is very comfortable. Sabine the owner as everything in the house and well explained as she isn't there. If I comeback to Pisa again will definitely stay

Unfortunately the apartment is close to a street with a lot of cars crossing and , I think is a factory ,who makes noise during the night ,so I advise a use of something in the ears to help sleep . It's not Sabine's (0wner) fault and ,as I was in there two times ,one during week and another at weekend ,will say weekends are less noising .

The host is extremely nice, the location of the accommodation is proper, we could reach the Square of Miracles (Tower of Pisa) with a 15 mins walk. I loved the self check-in, check-out, we could leave our luggage after check-out to have a touristic round last time. The breakfast was nice, typical Italian.

Remove the caps from the sink and the shower for the water to flow away!

Excellent host, she gave us the whole indications to arrive well and she could find me a last minute 2nd room (thank you so much for your kindness Sabina!). Great location, 10 min walking to Pisa towel and very close to Pisa San Rossore train station. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

The only inconvenient for us was that there is no elevator, so it’s very hard to go up the stairs with big luggages and not easy for people with disabilities. There wasn’t shower gel in the bathroom. Breakfast was very simple and basic, maybe it would be better to add more healthy options. Other wise it’s good for the price.
