Staff were really lovely and very helpful. The location was perfect, right in the centre and on the main square. Beds were super, got a great nights sleep. If you are driving, book the parking! We had a great space opposite the hotel which saved us a walk on cobbles from the car parks. Fab place and a friendly welcome!

Stairs were a bit tricky for my father but I should have checked this out before booking. The building is an old tower so quite understandably there is no lift.

We were upgraded to a room with a view which was a lovely surprise and gave us a view of the main square where the duomo is situated. Our had a great shower and space enough to place bags etc plus a mezzanine level which we didn't use. It was very hot so the air conditioning was good but struggled to really cool the room down. I guess that's because it was super hot. Our host Ricardo was amazing and was very helpful with explaining where to park and where to eat. His recommendation was superb. Our stay was short but we highly recommend a stay in Pavia.

We would only say that climbing 4 flights of stairs with suitcases was tough going. It is a historic building so expected but just hard.

It is a charming property, the rooms are great and very comfortable, though my bathroom was small. Everything was very well cleaned and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was a traditional italian coffee and pastry served at a cafe close by. TRhe staff arranged parking for my car which was very helpful.

Very pleasant stay! View onto the Dome Church. and market square - no way to be more central in Pavia. Due to travelling in a quiet period, it was also no problem at all to leave later than the official check out time, the bonus is that the personnel offered this without us asking. It's really great to be treated as guests instead of customers (with wallets - or worse, consumers...).We'll surely visit again.

Stayed before a few years ago and liked it so much decided to come back. Charachter if the property great and very clean and comfortable. View from the room and location great! Breakfast at a nearby cafe was lovely.

Shower on the bathroom was a bit difficult to angle correctly but we could still use it.

My husband and I loved the atmosphere, the location in the center of Pavia, the great care taken by the personnel to make our stay comfortable and meet all our needs. we were upgraded at no additional charge to a larger room and we loved it!

there is no lift but it was not a problem for us. Many antique buildings in Italy do not have elevators and the B&B is located bear the Cathedral in a very antique area of Pavia

The location was perfect, right in the centre of the town. Breakfast in a cafe next door for pastries and coffee, sat outside as the town came to life.... perfect.

location, the local restaurant we visited was fantastic (Torro ) and the hotel was centuries old with so much character.

Martina and Paolo were super helpful with our dog, it was no problem to bring him and Paolo even took care for him for a short time. The location is perfect for a stroll around the city. The little piazza outside was very lively on the weekend and invites you to stay for a drink. Windows are Sound Proof and the air condition is helpful for a good night sleep :)

The staff are superb - the contact beforehand, the quality of info, offering and succesfully booking one of the best restaurants in town. The location is at the cathedral, in the square. The property is medieval. The wifi is excellent. The bathroom was very well equipped.

I loved it but some people might not like the stairs, inevitable in so old a property.

The rooms are pretty, airy and comfortable. Each room is a little different with a different character. The bathroom hardware is all fantastic with a powerful, hot shower. The bedding is high quality with french coverlets. My first room had a little kitchen with good silverware and sharp knives. The owner is very cool.
