The owners were treatinrg all the guest as a member of their family and was always there to solve any issues or concerns They helped me with the car rental and also guiding for any reuired visits or reservations. I really appreciate Ganna & Miguel for all the efforts they did to make my stay comfortable . I will definitley come back.

All was above expectations.i liked everything

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Janna and Michele's B&B in Palermo, and I have to say, it was the best B&B experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. Janna and Michele were incredible hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They were always available to answer our questions and offer great recommendations for places to eat and things to see in the city. But perhaps the highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Every morning we were treated to a delicious spread of sweet and savory pastries, all of which were traditional to Palermo. It was a wonderful way to start the day, and we looked forward to it every morning. The room itself was also fantastic. It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. And the location was perfect - just a short walk from some of the city's top attractions. Overall, I can't recommend Janna and Michele's B&B highly enough. If you're planning a trip to Palermo and looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, this is definitely the one to choose. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Wow. Just wow! That’s all we could say about this place. My partner and I have traveled the world and stayed at hundreds of hotels and bnb’s and we both agreed this was one of our favorite places that we’ve stayed …ever. From the moment we arrived (which was late at night) Janna and Michele helped us park our car, gave us a a warm welcome with some delicious snacks and made us feel right at home. The breakfasts were the best we’ve ever had. They literally provided anything we wanted and it was all so delicious. This is a place we would come back to Palermo just to stay in. The room had such an amazing attention to detail and the bed was so comfortable. There was seriously nothing negative about this place we could thing of, and (being airbnb hosts ourselves) we are very critical of our accommodations. Janna and Michele thank you for such an amazing stay!! I assure you, you will see us again. Thanks, Mark and Krystyna

Not a single thing we didn’t like

The warm greeting from Janna & Michele upon our arrival made our check-in so much easier. Michele helped us w the luggage and Janna helped us set up the door keys via app etc, while we were being served with some snack/coffee and relaxed after the travelling. The room, especially the floor, was sparkling clean and has a generous space around despite the Jacuzzi is located in the room. Their rather new property is very tastefully renovated, located only 5mins walk from Lolli Station and it's walkable to all the attractions/restaurants/markets. Above all these, what we liked the most was the scrumptious breakfast that they both specially curated for us according to what we prefer to have. They also specially got us a beautiful fresh mixed salad too for our request and we loved it so much. To Janna and Michele, thank you very much for your outstanding hospitality!

The property is outstanding! First, our host Janna was very responsive. I got a note from her almost immediately after making the reservation. Our arrival was perfect. She was there, welcomed us with coffee and pastry, and gave us information about Palermo. In fact she made several reservations for restaurants for us. The B&B has just three units, all HUGE by any standard. Ours was like a one bedroom apartment with a large, modern bathroom. Breakfast is made to order with wonderful pastries and served in person by Janna and her husband. It is in the historic central part of Palermo, convenient to everything you want to visit.

Everything was excellent!

We can only recommend this place, location is great, close to the city center - it is in walking distance. The area is nice, there are lot of restaurants, bars, shops around, still quiet. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, our room was big enough with huge shower. We have decided to have breakfast here, which was a great choose as there are many options and portion is big. Jana is a great host, she helped with everything: what to see in Palermo and Sicily, where to eat, where to park, you could not have any questions she could not help with. We would stay here again in case we go back to Palermo.

I recently stayed at Fervore Luxury Rooms and was blown away by the exceptional breakfast and prime location. The breakfast was served with care and attention to detail, making me feel truly pampered. As for the location, Fervore Luxury Rooms couldn't be better situated. It's located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel's soundproof windows meant that I was able to get a good night's sleep without being disturbed by any outside noise. Overall, I highly recommend Fervore Luxury Rooms for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in the city. With its top-notch breakfast and unbeatable location, it's a true gem of a hotel.

The hostess Janna was very welcoming and took her time to offer us drinks and snacks when we arrived. Her husband also helped to get the best route to the car rental company to return our car because Palermo can be very tricky. We had very easy app contact with Janna and she helped us with booking restaurants (it was weekend and 1 may so it was potentially full) and her advice and bookings were excellent and we had delicious meals. She also arranged a ride to the airport with a fixed price and large car. Her service was maybe the best part of our stay! Offcourse the room was very luxurious! We enjoyed the double bath/jacuzzi every day. There were bathrobes and the towels were refreshed daily. The bed was also very comfortable and large. My partner was particularly impressed with the app-key and the lighting in the room. I would defenitly recommend staying here, also in summertime. You can explore the city in the morning, come back to the room and relaxt in the (hot) afternoon and then go out again for the evening. Almost everything was within 20min walking distance.

If I had to say one thing: more hangers for your clothes.

Janna and Miguel are the most gracious hosts and proud owners of the Fervore. Both are kind and very helpful. Janna kept in contact with me, provided instructions days before arrival and both Janna and Miguel waited to greet us upon arrival. 3 of us traveled in our party and Miguel took the time to help us up the stairs with our luggage as there is no lift. During check in, Janna explained everything about Fervore to us, provided recommendations on where to dine and told us about the area. Janna and Miguel even took the extra step and made reservations for us at restaurants on both nights we were staying at Fervore. At one of the restaurants Miguel had to make a special request for me about food. Now that is service! We were surprised when Janna and Miguel asked us what we wanted for breakfast for the following day. They explained what was available. When we made our choices they ensured they got the items the following morning so the items were fresh out of the oven. The bakery items were the best we had during our visit to Sicily. No request was too big or small and Janna and Miguel ensured all our needs were met. Fervore is situated in a convenient location. Palermo Cathedral, shopping, dining and other sights are easily walkable once you get your orientation. Palermo Lolli train station is about a 9 minute walk from Fervore. The train ride to Lolli from the airport or to the airport is about 40 minutes and convenient as you don’t have to deal with traffic. Overall we had a fabulous visit to Sicily and staying at Fervore before heading home provided us with a most favorable impression of Sicilian hospitality.

It was absolutely a pleasant stay in this B&B. The host are very nice and very helpful to provide great advices for sightseeing and as well as restaurants. As the other mentioned, the breakfast was excellent, they gave us a wide range of choices for breakfast, and let us change according to our demand. The host pay attention to the details, from fresh home fragrance to the amenities they provide. In terms of location, cleaningness and tidyness which we are absolutely satisfied as well. Whenever we come back, this B&B will definitely our choice again!
