Marco is a great host. He made me feel welcomed. The room is quite big, the bed is very comfy. The view off my small balcony was a huge plus. The bathroom and kitchen were always clean. The water bottles, the coffee and snacks offered show you're being looked after by the host.

The place per se exceeded my expectations because it provided me with more than I needed. If I could change anything, however, it would be the noise from the heavy traffic just outside the building. Even with the windows closed you could hear it. I'm a heavy sleeper, so it didn't bother me, but it can be an issue to light sleepers.

Marco makes you feel very welcome. He picked us up at the airport. In Palermo he gave some tips for the best street food and tourist attractions. In the B&B he explained how the coffee machine is working (great coffee) and showed the facilities like the roof terrace.

At the appartment there are three rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. We had a room next to the batrooms. Sometimes at night it was noisy because of the other guests. The bathrooms needs some plumbing. Theree was little waterpressure. It needs some renovation of equipment.

Great location, the room was quite big and everything was extremely clean. The owner was kind and helpful. Very recommended.

Great location - 5 min walk from train station, right on the edge of historical city center. World class host - Marco gave us a lot of tips what to see, eat and experience. Cool interior design made me smile everytime i saw and used the instax ;)

Men's shower needs a little love but I don't mind that. Street noise is quite noticable in the room, however after enjoying Palermo for the whole day I slept like a baby.

The owner went out of his way to transport me from the airport to the bnb as well as driving me to my following destination after my stay at the bnb. Although I paid for the journeys, he went out of his way to make certain that I was comfortable along the journeys and had what I needed. It was difficult locating my final destination, but he made certain that we arrived safely, through the rain and snow, even though it took longer than expected! I had to be in isolation for the first 5 days of my trip due to covid regulations and he allowed me to stay in a cozy small apartment for an extra fee. The location was also great! I would definitely use this facility again, should the need arise!

the greeting from the owner was superb, such a friendly and helpful person. The property is self was safe, clean and comfortable and the style was interesting.

the only thing I didn’t like (which cannot be helped) is the stairwell was super low, I’m 6’3 and I just dislike low places. this was not the properties fault by any stretch as the building is old.

This place is located in a central location. Its a little apartment not a traditional B&B. The bed was comfy and the place was small but perfect for one or two people. Had a small kitchen that I could use(but didnt). I would say this is nice for a weekend or a short getaway. Marco was extremely helpful with things to see and food choices.

Only thing that I had an issuse with was the size of the shower. It is very small and hard to maneuver around in to wash.

The apartment was very clean and lovely, Marco was really kind and helpful with us. He recommended us the places we should visit, food we should eat. The coffee there was the best we have ever drunk. And the location is the best we could imagine, it was in the best area, all shops, tourist attractions and restaurants were like 10 minutes by walking.

The location of the bnb was second to none. Close to the gorgeous Palace, everything was only a walk away. Also close to bus routes. The host Marco was also so welcoming and helpful. He genuinely wanted us to have the best time possible in palermo and gave us lots of ideas and advice.

I like it a lot because it is unpretentious and at the same time very cozy place. a few steps from the center,which is important for me personally. it has everything you need. the beds are comfortable. and owner Marco is a great person. friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. for example, it helps me to take a test at a preferential price. I highly and strongly recommend it!
