I travelled with my 5Y old. I stayed two nights on a ground floor bedroom. This is a great hotel for families: ground floor bedroom made a big difference for us to have an easy access to the pool! Staff is so friendly and the hotel tastefully renovated. There is a lovely restaurant as well which made the evening meal so easy. Ideal location to explore Barolo region!
Beware that the hotel give onto a busy-ish road, it is more of a noise issue than anything. Also breakfast lacked a bit more of an italian touch to it.

Very comfortable, big luxury room, nice swimming pool to be shared with only a limited number of people. Great service and not really expensive for this quality.
When their own restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday, they can provide a list of surrounding restaurants. The quality of those is ok, but not meeting the same standards than the hotel. Looks like a commercial agreement, not a selection of authentic places. But that’s only a small remark on a further perfect experience.

The facilities and hospitality are outstanding. The building is renovated tastefull at high quality standards. Breakfast is very nice. The swimming pool is a bonus after an active day in the area, with very pleasant service organized by Carla. The restaurant we tried only the last days and we still regret this. Rita and Marcello are offering very nice dishes and above par service.
