This is a great place to stay in Naples - it is in the heart of the old city and is a very quiet and safe location. The parking is nearby and pretty convenient to the hotel. Very comfortable and clean - with a lovely rooftop deck. The people made the difference - very pleasant and accommodating and they cared that you were comfortable and weren’t in need of anything. The pictures are of the rooftop view of the harbor and the courtyard of the hotel approach.

Not really a problem - finding the hotel at first was a bit of a challenge! It is tucked away with a tiny little sign that is easy to miss.

the room was quirky but very large for 2 people. the staff were excellent and very helpful. the location was ideal fro exploring. metro 7 minutes away but you can walk to almost anywhere in the centre. there were restaurants and cafes galore. the street where the hotel is located is very lively but once you close the door to the hotel, the hotel was quiet.

The signage for the hotel could be more prominent. when you arrive late at night, it is not so easy to see. While the rooms were very comfortable, the mattresses were extremely hard.

Location is great, staff very friendly, Camilla was very helpful with info on things to do and see. Gennaro from front desk friendly and funny especially with the Italian/irish accent. Hotel has a great roof terrace, loads of space, very relaxing up there at night. From the street you enter through huge gates into a courtyard and it's very impressive. Reception on 2nd floor. Old building, very modern inside. We had a suite that sleeps 6, small sitting room with stairs to one bedroom, main bedroom has large double bed and a staircase to 3rd bedroom. 3 en suite bathrooms. Once inside hotel it's very quiet, good breakfast.

Room was good size and very comfortable. Bathroom was modern with a very good size shower. Room had all the amenities (shampoo, conditioners, blow-dryer etc.) you could need. Staff were very friendly bending over backwards to make sure your stay was pleasurable. The large gate, elevator, gave you a sense of the old world charm of the property. Location was good with lot of shops and restaurants and attractions.

Its on a narrow street with lots of people so except in the morning or maybe late at night taxis will not drop you off right in front. Mid day and evening you need to be prepared to walk 2-3 blocks to get to it. Only the # 23 identifies it so you need to be vigilant in looking for the number.

We loved that the hotel was in the heart of Naples. Our room was above a busy high traffic area and yet we hardly heard noise! Our room was large and spacious with a sitting area that wasn't cramped. The breakfast servers were kind, and happy to be working with the guests. Coffee, tea, omelette and fruit selections were fresh.

The property was difficult to find after a long flight hauling suitcases through the cobblestone street. It wasn't much of a walk from the town square but when you have no idea where you are going it is a bit worrisome.

Breakfast was very nice. The large size of the room was also appreciated. The hotel staff was very hospitable.

The hotel is located on one of the city's busiest streets (which we didn't realize at the time of the booking). The street is the prime location for tourist shops and eateries. One would see an advantage to that, but it wasn't for us. To say it's always full of people, noisy, and quite littered is an understatement. Our room was facing the said street, so you can understand how it felt for us at all times. The pillows were quite flat and small.

The room was fabulous and spacious and clean and perfect for a family of 4. The view onto the street was class. Its a busy street but you couldn't hear anything at night. It tucked away behind a big door in a lovely courtyard up a few stair or classic elevator - its charming! The breakfast was lovely. The staff were fabulous - Genarro and Camilla and Lucia couldn't do enough for us. Your slap bang in the middle of the Historic Quarter - a few mins walk from Via Toledo and fabulous restaurants a few meters away..

Nothing to dislike!

A lovely hotel in an old palazzo, with beautiful rooms and facilities, right in the centre of the old town. The room had the highest ceilings I’d ever seen! Staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I wish I’d had chance to check out the terrace, but sadly the weather wasn’t co-operating!

It was a little difficult to find (the hotel could be better signed at the lift if possible), and taxis won’t drop you right at the door. Not an issue for me, but people with mobility may want to take note

The hotel is a little difficult to locate, even with google maps. The gate to the street is closed and covered in graffiti, and the entry door is very small and not easy to see. The signage is the only indication you have arrived, so I would recommend asking for a picture of the sign when you book with them. Once you press the intercom and enter the courtyard, you realize there is something special about this location. The building was built in the 1700's, but the rooms have been completely renovated. The elevator is an old screened entry with an interior door that must be shut before operating. They can't replace the elevator because of the historic status. The staff on every shift were friendly, helpful and left a lasting impression. The room was comfortable and as advertised. We enjoyed every aspect of the hotel.

The transfer service supplied by the hotel was expensive. For the return flight we booked a taxi in advance for 20 Euros. The advantage was that the taxi could actually navigate into the courtyard, whereas the limo had to park a few blocks away, due to traffic restrictions. Luggage on cobblestones create a negative adventure. Be prepared for a taxi ride similar to a roller coaster or a wild ride at Disneyland. Drivers in Naples believe that red lights, crosswalks and caution signs are merely a recommendation, not an obligation. The blare of honking horns would make any city in the United States seem tame by comparison. Breakfast was 18 Euros. This money would have gone a long way with shops and restaurants close by.

there was a bit of noise on the weekend from the Jazz club next door but you have to expect that in the centre of town. They should have let us know the bathroom from was not separate from the bedrooms in the two bed rooms.
