This botique hotel is located down the street from the American Consulate and from Naples' amazing waterfront. It's on the first floor of a historic building with a typical courtyard. The hotel staff was VERY nice and welcoming - my wife had just torn multiple knee ligaments just a few days before and she was traveling with crutches and a wheelchair: they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room to better accommodate her. The room was nice, the shower was very spacious and I loved the lighting in the bathroom. Although the balcony faced the main street, I could not hear any noise from outside and in the morning I woke up to an amazing view of the gulf with mt. Vesuvius in the background. Special mention to the breakfast room: the original ceilings are breathtaking, and the whole room is just extremely beautiful and it was all decorated for Christmas so it felt very cozy and welcoming in the morning. The breakfast selection was also on point (the pastries are just on another level). I have to go back to Napoli soon and I will definitely try to stay there again!

Very convenient if you need to go to the US Consulate as this hotel is right next to it, one minute on foot. The room was clean and the bathroom spotless. All of the staff was exceptional. They booked a taxi for me to go to the medical appointment. Once I was done, I called them and Miss Fortuna had a taxi show up for me in five minutes. Breakfast was included and buffet. Because of its location there are plenty of places to eat at nearby.

The only thing was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work, but I guess this wasn’t really their fault. This could be a problem depending on what you need to do. If possible, the property should see about more reliable internet providers.

Good location in Chiaia, with a seashore promenade, a park, restaurants, supermarkets, metro line 2 nearby and a bus connection to areas of tourists’ interest. The hotel is located on the first floor of a guarded apartement building, our rooms faced a side street and the inner yard. Rooms offer plenty of space and storage, a baby cot (available for a modest fee) fits easily. The building and especially the interior is in great condition, the bar is especially beautiful. The staff was just lovely and ready to assist in many ways, even volunteered for a few minutes of babysitting during breakfast - a great help for hungry parents. Coffee and drinks are available round the clock, but there also is a reasonably priced minibar in rooms, offering a little space for own food and beverage items too. They were very flexible when our toilet flush got broken and helped us to move to another, even better room without delay.

The kitchenette offered no utensils at all. In our first, two-storey room, air conditoning was a bit inefficient due to the room size, but we had no such problem in our second room. Some people sensitive to traffic may need to specifically ask for a quieter room, there are a few of those available.

The staff working there is amazing, very nice and cheerful and with a home atmosphere. Special thanx to the beautiful lady working at breakfast for fulfilling our coffee wishes :) Location is also pretty good. It is a bit out of the city, however, there is a direct bus line to Garibaldi in front of the hotel, and also Mergellina train/metro station 5mins of walk from the hotel. Also, if you like the walking, the Naples' lungomare starts next to the hotel and leads all the way to the city centre. It's a nice walk.

Marco was so kind to us! We were having problems getting through to our airline to complete the check in process, and he finally was able to get us connected on the house phone. It was such a frustrating process, but he generously brought me a Spritz because he could see I needed one!! The room was beautifully designed and the bed super comfy! We had an early morning flight, so Marco booked us an early taxi, and even provided cappuccini and boxed breakfasts since we were leaving before the breakfast room was due to open! I highly recommend

Location was excellent but overlooking a busy road. However it's 2 minutes walk from sea front. Breakfast was very good. My husband is coeliac, and the staff went to a lot of trouble to be able to offer him some gf options at breakfast, and presented them carefully. The staff were very accommodating, and couldn't do enough to help e.g keeping our luggage when we booked in early, getting us a taxi etc.

The walls are thin! The lovely tiled flooring makes the hotel noisier than we'd expected.

Fortuna and all the staff at il salotto della regina where simply amazing with us. Friendly, very helpful and they easily make you feel at home. Fortuna went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, safe and loaded with the information needed. Location is walking distance to the sea and promenade and right across the US Consulate, which is very ideal for people who need their services. Fortuna was also very helpful even when we were not at their premises and needed a taxi service (which was several times). We just called her and she arranged everything for us everytime. Accomodation might not look so modern from the outside, but definietly on of the best i found and seen from the inside. Modern, extremely clean and very cosy :) i will highly recommend and will definitely visit again Fortuna and the rest of the team in the near future.

The welcome was amazing. What a superb location , just one tip if you were coming from the port and traffic was low just take a taxi or walk its a direct line from the port and theres coffee shops to take a break in .. it would of been a easy walk even if it takes 40 minutes we stupidly tried to navigate the metro system so walk between stations get tickets ended up doing a huge half circle and took over 2hrs .. our fault entirely. Spotless and not sure why people have moaned about breakfast it was eggs bacon sausage pastries cold meats cheese cereal and great great coffee. It was typical continental and everything was fresh we just came from 4 star hotel on Capri and the breakfast was exactly the same. Cant fault this boutique hotel with lovely staff and agreat place to base yourself wish id stayed longer but hope Il be able to return. Staff allways make a place special and the 2 ladies we met on Reception definetly did that.

Bit difficult to find ... its on a main thoroughfare however you just dont notice it from outside . So look for the Numbers above the doors

We started our honeymoon in this hotel. We stayed for 5 days so we could spend our days sightseing all of Napoli. We also did daytrips to Pompeii, Vesuvio and the island Ischia. Our room was amazing! Perfect for a good night sleep after a busy day in Napoli! At walk distance (15 min) you had alot of amazing restaurants with an amazing ocean view. At 8 min walk distance we had the metro station where we could easily take the metro to Garibaldi - Central station in Napoli. The staff were simply amazing! So kind, excited, helpfull, interested in our day, how we were doing,... In one word, wonderful! Breakfast was small but more than enough! We had an amazing stay & will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Napoli!

An absolutely great stay! Beautiful and very clean hotel in a beautiful location of Napoli. The staff was extremely welcoming and went beyond expectations to make us feel welcomed. They were always willing to suggest places to eat and visit and were available 24/7 if needed. Anytime we saw the receptionist, they always offered us a coffee! Breakfast was very delicious as well! We will be staying here again.
