Hotel Demo'

I will be honest , I did not know what to expect from Hotel Demo and nervous because of some past reviews. I had never stayed there and did not know the city Of Milan. I got in very late from the train from Paris to Milan and just needed a good nights sleep, I was taking off the next morning. I was shocked on how clean the room was. Spotless and lots of towels. Everything was in working order , plenty of towels and the sheets clean with decent pillows. The location is in walking distance to Milan Central. I walked with no problem with my luggage. I wanted to book a return stay yet the dates were sold out. The keys and keyring are really cool. The lift works. Managers very helpful . The staff I met were all very friendly. You are left plenty of soap and shampoo. If you are looking for hair conditioner I suggest you bring your own. The bath products are not top of the line aromatherapy like in past hotels I stayed in yet they got you clean and on your way. I feel for one night in transit Demo is perfect. It seems like it would also be perfect for families and musicians on tour. The price is great and rooms and towels very clean. I had breakfast there because I thought it was included . It is 10 Euro and not a lot to choose from if you are vegetarian or vegan so I ate three oranges and had coffee- which was good.My room was quiet and I got a good nights sleep . Plus the wifi is good and is free! I felt safe and in a very clean room and those two things to me were most important.

The only thing I did not like was the breakfast items , except for the fruit and coffee. Others seemed to enjoy and there was a large variety of meats.

I stayed in the hotel and had to work remotely. The room was perfect for that and wifi worked really well. At check out, the incredibly nice receptionist let me stay in the hotel lobby longer so I could continue working. Everything was just great!

We were given a triple room instead of a double room. Hotel staffs are nice and welcoming Location is just a few min. away from the Central train station They cleaned our room and changed towel everyday

We can hear noises from the cars outside Elevator doesn't work all the time

- The location is right next to the central station, something that was very convenient especially to go directly to the airport with stress. - The hotel room was spotless, something that we always look for, especially for the bathroom. - Even though the room was from the side of the road, we didn't hear loud noises from outside, which was really good. - The reception ladies, as well as the clean lady, who took care of us were all very polite and helpful. Let's not forget to mention the guy who was in the reception for night shift and was really polite as well.

- The only thing we could suggest to improve the place is maybe update the elevator, which was vintage for my taste but I had to mention something :)

Good location and easy to find. Almost 5' from train station and 5' from metro stop. The staff was very helpful and kind. Restaurants, caffè and super market near by. The room was clean. I will recommend it for sure.

We stay on a double room and there was a very large bed and it wasn't easy to move inside and a little bit noisy at night by the traffic on the road. Bathroom was very small. But we stay only for one night and it was OK for us.

We only stayed here briefly overnight with a 5.30 am start next morning! It was a unexpectedly large room with high ceiling. There was coffee making equipment and fridge. Large comfortable bed. Well situated for Centrale station, just 5 mins walk away.

We had thought of eating out but could not find anywhere close to the hotel at 9pm. They have a passenger lift but it is awkward to access it.

its very close to the central station. bars, shops and restaurants close by. they even have their own bar but a bit (double priced) expensive compared to the normal outside.

the mattress were very uncomfortable. i got back pain. there was noise coming from the next room and also from their washroom i could hear them shower/flush. there was this an annoying ticking sound coming always from the hallway. for the price it was perfect but could have been better.

Hotel is located a stones throw from Central Station which was ideal for travelling to and from Bergamo Airport, therefore excellent transport links such as bus and metro. Rather than walking to Central station to get the metro, head out the hotel towards the Crown Plaza hotel were the station 'Sondiro' lies- this is connected to the M3 line. Convenience store opened late next door to hotel for anything you need.

Location great, near central station snd subway. Staff friendly, accommodating, helpful and tries makes you feel at home. What is another thing worth praising is cleanliness of the room, fresh bed and linens and towels. Another best thing is the heated cloth rack that is very helpful for making your clothes warm in the cold weather id December

The hotel is basically near Milan Train Station, near restaurants and fast food resto. Metro is 5mins away. The staff are all friendly and accommodating especially Anthony, Loida, Randy and Alex. The rooms are excellent, clean and very good for family.

Would be great if there’s kettle inside the room.
