Exceptional staff in all areas-reception, restaurant,pool, bar and cleaning. Simply five star as per the hotel rating.

Not an issue for us as we brought our own car from Malta. I would advise organising transport unless you simply want to stay at the hotel all day.

The staff are a credit to the hotel - they go above and beyond to help make your stay as perfect as possible. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. There was a tranquility at the hotel despite being mid August.

The food is extremely good on the whole but if you chose to base yourself at the hotel and not visit local restaurants the restaurant menu could quickly become a little limited after a few days and probably not ideal for most children although they were very accommodating when asked for alternatives. It is a shame there is not a more atmospheric bar - the bar is really only an adjunct of the reception area with very bright lighting and doesn't really seem to tempt guests in. It was empty after dinner most nights.

Rooms were beautiful and huge. Staff were super friendly and incredibly attentive. gorgeous pool.

The staff & service are some of the best I've experienced at this type of hotel, the food at the restaurants is top quality, rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the spa facilities are relaxing, spotlessly clean and massages are excellent.

Some parts of the hotel look slightly dated, a better use of furniture in some of the communal areas could take this hotel from excellent to exceptional.

Breakfast is excellent. Dinner is also lovely and the service is very good. The pool is huge and a wonderful place to while away an afternoon in the sun.

The live music is not to our taste - a bit old school. Music at the pool was sometimes too generic. The lido by the sea which the hotel has a connection with is not the best site.

Staff were incredible & facilities amazing! Not far from the beach Great vineyard nearby for wine tasting experience. Very large pool with pool bar.

Unfortunately hotel was quite newly opened so very quiet although that meant that the staff were super attentive. Definitely need a car although I would say that was a bonus to see more of the area. Not a particularly pretty area, very rural.

The staff were fantastic, Reception, wow, wow, through dinning room, cleaning and maintenance and the spa! Wow! Very well done! You made us feel as though we were well cared for.

The staff was ever so lovely from the very first greeting and through out our stay. The restaurant turned out to be very good indeed as was the breakfast. We truly enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend this hotel.

The environment was nice. Most of the employees were experienced.

The rooms were need to be renovated. The massage was not worth the 100€ per person. The dinner was okay. Breakfast had too many sweets. It could be healthier with more salty dishes.

It’s a little oasis with exceptional staff. Absolutely loved it.

The breakfast was fantastic with what looks like an in-house bakery but perhaps add some basics or simpler fresh, local dishes to the menu
