In a great location near the beach and had car parking just outside. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you, with advice on local sites. This location is more relaxed than the rest of the Amalfi coast and you can take the ferry to all the other major locations. The beach is lovely and there is plenty to do in the evenings, would suit couples or families. A big must is to walk the lemon path which goes to next town Minori. Also easy to visit the hill top of Ravello, another must see with 360 views over the coast. Thank you to the staff who made it special for our anniversary, with a bottle of fizz in our room.

Only one person in lift

We loved everything about our appartment. It is equipped with everything that you need (incl. dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer etc.). It has a very big terrace with view on the cliffs and sea. You just have to cross the street and you are on the beach. Additionally we got really helpful tips during the check-in and the staff is in general really nice and helpful. Thank you!

The location is amazing! Short walk to everything we needed! The view is incredible from our sea view room. The beach is across the road. The staff were exceptional!!! They recommended one of the best restaurants we dined at in Italy, and also booked our transportation from the hotel to the train to make sure we were not late for our flight home.

The only negative was the air condition. You have to have all the windows and doors closed for it to work. But even with everything closed it still kept shutting off. We kept having to open the door and close it hard for it to come on. And even then it would not stay on for long. It was very hot during our stay and we were on the 5th floor.

First let me start out by praising Max, he really helped make our stay exceptional. During check-in he helped us park the car, he filled out a tourist map with recommendations for places to eat lunch, dinner, & breakfast. He pointed out the tourist traps and the authentic places. He remembered all our names and my son looked forward to seeing him every time we entered or exited the property. He is amazing! The hotel and room were great. We booked a superior Apartment and it was basically two small rooms plus a bathroom. There was a fridge and a four burner stove, and all the utensils you'd need to stay there for a couple weeks (which I wish we could have done). The bed was big and comfy, the air-conditioning worked well which was important because the room gets a lot of morning sun and gets quite warm. The hotel is also pretty centrally located so everything was an easy walk and we didn't have to use the car for anything, including a quick run to the grocery store. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we plan to return for a longer trip and to explore more of the area.

Self catering, good sized apartment with sea view. Well positioned one road back from main road. Shops,bars and restaurants very close. Quiet in the hotel. Very close to port to catch sea ferries.

Quite a way from Pompeii but found a bus trip with a guide that wasn't too expensive but beware of the many narrow hairpin roads leading out of Maiori to pretty much anywhere. Taxi return from Naples airport was £200 so factor this in if you don't go as part of a package. Buses were frequent but a nightmare as very full, a bit of a bun fight to get on some of them.

Our stay at Panoramic was excellent. Max was very helpful while introducing us at the property. We got the apartment on sixth floor with splendid view on Maiori and the sea. The apartment was very well equipped and air-condition worked really efficiently. The building is in second line from the sea but the advantage is that there is much less noise from the boulevard. The parking is just next to the hotel. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed the stay very much. I strongly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Whilst we stayed with this company our accommodation was changed ten minutes before arriving in Maiori so is not the one shown here. We were allocated an upgraded apartment at the end of Maiori overlooking the beach by the Neptune restaurant. The communication before we arrived was good . The accommodation standard was very good but they are keen for you to leave as close to 10am as possible. Maiori as a resort was a good base. There are a range of restaurants and a couple of bars (one showed football). In good weather a ferry runs to Amalfi and the next village. I wouldn't recommend walking to Minori with children as there is no footpath and the traffic was busy even in April. Getting a bus out of Maiori was tricky - they are full, so don't stop. Getting a bus back from Amalfi was easier as the bus started there - but it was still packed. I would definitely stay with this company again if visiting the area.

Accommodation was great, the weather was awful - mid April The accommodation we were in was on the 4th floor but only accessible by a small flight of stairs to get to the lift. For anyone with a wheelchair/ pushchair it made accessing the lift difficult

Excellent location and fantastic staff

Transportation from the location to any town is very very expensive - 120-150 Euros for just 20 Kms. This is not an issue with property, but the taxi system in Maiori.

Location was excellent in front of the water and close to the marine, bus stop, restaurants and port. You could easily get by walk to the next city. Easy breakfast and a big bottle of water was available too. Receptionist couldn’t of been more helpful, we couldn’t park at amalfi so we called them to see if we can go earlier to park our car and then go to Amalfi by ferry, and even though they’ve said yes, they also changed our room to make us check in earlier. They have recommended us where to eat, do a trekking nearby and helped us in all possible ways. I’ll highly recommend the place to stay. There’s lift!
