Perfect position, well linked to the most beautiful beaches. Breakfast was really good and room was clean and comfy.
Nothing .. maybe just limited space for breakfast as there is only one table and it's possible you need to wait if it's full. But it didn't bother us at all.

The room was just 15 minutes from Porto Cesareo. It is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast room contained appliances for coffee and juice and a small variety of sweets. Also, there was free parking space just outside the building.
The lack of verbal communication in English was a little problem, as well as the price for a just one-night stay was high for this accommodation.

Everything was as it should be: the hosts Vivian and Francesco extremely helpful, room impeccably clean, all expected amenities were there as well. Parking in front of the entrance. Localisation of the town Leverano is perfect for day trips to beaches on both Adriatic sea and the Ionic sea. Very close to Otranto and to Lecce. In town you will find a cantina Vecchia Torre where they produce local wines, among them Primitivo di Salento. You can buy their wines in bottles as well in 3 liters and 5 liters containers.

The whole place was clean and the breakfast was good. Parking on the street was handy, right outside the property. Room was a good size.
The stairs, both my wife and I have problems with stairs. Mind you they had banisters on all levels so that helped.
