TH Lazise - Hotel Parchi Del Garda

The location was amazing, the rooms are spacious.. the hotel is modern, has a beautiful pool and surroundings.. breakfast was varied and delicious.. the staff is nice and helpful and the service is great!

The first four days the changed the towels.. later on they didn’t leave towels in the room and we had to ask the reception for clean towels.. you can’t go in the room without a cap, which they charge you for. It doesn’t cost a lot of money, but the concept of having to pay for something that in my opinion the hotel has to provide since it’s their policy. I think the caps should be given to the guest with no charge

clean and new hotel, comfortable, pool is clean and wide enough. a good choice for the ones who are planning to visit gardaland

access to hotel is problematic. considering the scale and location of the hotel own shuttle to and from peschiera del garda must have been provided. bus station is not close. to provide a shuttle is not a big deal, even hotel can charge for that, otherwise you will have to challenge with receptionists and taxi providers. taxi station generally does not pick up the phone. alternative transfer company is asking 50euro for 3km which is like non sense. before booking better to be sure of access. reception is not helping unless you push

This is 3rd time we stayed in this hotel and again it was positive experience since we entered in to the Lobby !!! Perfect location for visiting the Gardaland, walking distance.....Hotel is superb!!! Breakfast excellent ,waiter's extremely professional. Dinner as well superb definitely5*!!! Something for everyone and again Waiter's attention to details unmatched!!!!Barista was making best capuchino. Many thanks to F&B team

We couldn't charge the Car even if the charging bay was empty...

The room was very spacious and the main bed was big and nice. Everything in the room was fine. The toilet was a bit awkward and looked like it was a toilet for disabled.

There was no view from the room whatsoever, it was very noisy in the mornings as the hallways were crowded with people and kids going for breakfast. There was an incident with renting bikes, which didn't happen because our elder child didn't cope with the size of the bike and we had to return the keys after 10 minutes. However the refund was not arranged on the reason that member of staff didn't understand.. The next day they couldn't sort it, which is very strange..

Hotel is conveniently located for exploration of the area and especially different amusement parks located in close proximity. Family room we used was spacious, comfortable and clean, especially liked liked separated shower and toilet areas. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful and breakfast was very good.

Wider variety of fruits needed for breakfast, beside this breakfast was good. Traffic nearby could be very heavy, but this has nothing to do with the place, it is something to be aware of when making travel plan s.

cosy and modern. nice design we could stay longer after the check out to use the pool for an hour :)

swimming cap is not understandable especially we have to buy it! :( “log in” internet instead normal wi fi usage. Gardaland “dealer tickets” was not promoted at all! pool closed at 7 pm… sun is up till 9. kids love to swim in the early evening not safe to walk to Gardaland adough in the advertisement you say it is easy to walk there. There is NO sidewalk, nor district road! At the check in the stuff sh ask what type of programs are we looking for and they should offer their help. The cupboard is not big enough for 4 people…hard to put the suitcases away.

The hotel had a great location as we were on a trip with our kids and it is so close to the Gardaland park. breakfast was ok, nothing special. Pool was nice (Anyone with hair on their head, needs to wear a pool hat) but kinda long walk from the room to get to it. Rooms were very spacious and clean, two twin beds and plenty of space. Keep in mind that in Garda there is no Uber and renting a car is a must!!

Rooms exceeded expectations size wise, we had plenty of room for a family of four to stay comfortably for many days. We had a great view of the lake as well which was perfect during our stay as we were there to watch the US Army jump into the lake.

Hotel stated that all windows and doors needed to be closed for AC to work, even doing so it did not. There was no air flow and the ac didn’t cut on the whole time. So the room was a little stuffy and we woke up hot in the night.

The hotel is close to Gardaland, by a walking distance. The room was clean and we also had access to the pool which was great for the kid.

We were there for 3 nights and even if there are 3 restaurants in the hotel, they were not able to give us the opportunity to order dinner. As long as you don't book with half-board, the dinner is not available à la carte. Every day we asked for the possibility to have dinner there, and they always said they are fully booked, even though we passed near the restaurant (the only one open!!) and we saw many empty tables. This was very stresful for us, being there with a 4 years old kid. Also, we missed a kettle in the room, to prepare at least one tea in the evening. And maybe the staff could have a better english, sometimes it was hard to understand each other.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location to Gardaland was excellent and was also a short walk to a lovely Italian bistro (Locanda Gallehus). The family room was really comfortable for the 4 of us - I even noticed little details like a mini light next to the normal bedside light so that you could lie in bed and read and not keep little one’s awake. Breakfast was lovely and varied (more suited to the sweet tooths, like much of Italy I think).
