Great 3 night stay.Firstly the 2 ladys that work in reception were fantastic. So helpful and always smiling.Room was lovely.Very modern and lovely balcony with a view of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.Breakfest menu is vast and you choose whatever you want and a time you want it each evening and it will be ready for you the next morning. You can also have it delivered to the room. Also done the spa and massage treatment. It was excellent and again delivered by a lovely lady. 2hrs in total. The staff in general are very polite and very helpful. The views from the hotel are amazing also.Fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend.

The only thing I would ask the hotel to consider changing is to put some deck chairs beside the pool.

The view from the hotel was marvelous - whole bay area together with Vesuvius. The staff was amazing and very helpful in every matter. There were plenty of food choices for the breakfast (and/or other meals).

Maybe it's different during the peak season, but we actually felt quite alone there. There were some larger groups coming and going, but during the breakfast or at the pool, we were usually the only guests there. Also the access to the hotel can be quite challenging considering the narrow streets in the area.

The views of pompei are very good. There are many terraces and a very big pool. The surroundings are tranquil and span several terraces. The dinner area has a superb view. The breakfast buffet was very good (except the coffee which was a big letdown)

The coffee was awful. It's so strange. Everything else about the breakfast was top spec. I just assumed the coffee would be good as well but it wasn't. Other guests made negative comments about the coffee while I queued at the machine. Also the dinner restaurant meal portions were small for the main dishes. Given prices were were quite high I was expecting at least a reasonable portion.

The breakfast options were amazing, so many great sweet treats to start the day with. The staff were always very accommodating and also offered same day laundry before our cruise ship for around 25 Euro. The location is atop a beautiful hill with amazing views. We enjoyed the cruise through the tight village and experience a more authentic part of Italy.

Our room had a occasional odour, when we returned to our room (possible drainage issue?). We never raised this to the staff, as it was only for a short while.

It was an amazing view from the pool side to the mountains.

Unfortunately, looking out from your windows, we only saw back alley. To have a normal bean coffee it costs us 3 euros extra every morning. Food was constantly over (cheese, ham, tomato, cucumber). Being from the hospitality industry, we recognise when food from last nights wedding dinner is served, poorly disguised as breakfast the next day. It was both sad and hilarious at the same time.

The hotel was exquisite! The reviews are true, the hotel is right next to a wedding venue however, the receptionist was clear with us that most weddings start early in the day and finish before 9-10 pm, which was true. To be honest, it was a nice atmosphere, we enjoyed the relaxing music at the beginning of the wedding, the upbeat music at the end of the wedding and last the fireworks which made our night complete after a great and relaxing time at the SPA. Our stay started a bit unfortunate with an accident where my wife dropped her wedding band in the sink. The management was more than happy to provide us with another room in order to keep the sink clear so the maintenance people can come the next day and find the ring; oh the room was an upgrade on what we actually paid so that was awesome of them to do. The hotel's breakfast was the best one we had in all of Italy's hotels we stayed. They had a variety of options for deli meats, hot dishes and pastries. We fully recommend this hotel, as it is far away from the chaotic areas of Napoli, Pompei and Amalfi Coastline.

The only thing that was negative about this hotel was the road from the city to the hotel. The roads are a bit narrow and if you are not a good driver it will be a pain going uphill. But since we wanted to book a hotel far from the crowded cities and roads, so that we can relax and rejuvenate, we were more than happy to drive 20 minutes up the mountain to enjoy the amazing view of Napoli city, sea and Mount Vesuvius.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the Panorama is superb and the outdoor areas are beautiful, the room is very comfortable and parking in the property is a must in this area

The location is beautiful although it is quite far apart, the size of the bathroom is a little small and it starts to require some maintenance in the shower, the sink and towels hooks

It’s a beautiful hotel with an amazing view, welcoming and capable staff, and a good restaurant. The pool is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. We slept really well here. Antonio was especially kind and gracious to us on arrival.

The spectacular view means you’re at the top of a steep mountain and it is very easy to get lost as GPS does not lead you in the right direction. We chose the hotel for what seemed like a central location to all the Vesuvian archaeological parks, but one really needs to know their way around this area to not accidentally go up the wrong mountain or get lost on narrow streets in Gragnano. We drove back and forth to the hotel several times and each time we were unsure how to get back. We made sure to be back before dark too. My best advice is to set the GPS to la Chiesa di Sant Anna in Lettere, then call the hotel for directions.

My room was perfect. Not only clean, but it had horizontal outlets—good for me because the vertical ones create a sag in my laptop charger….. but not just that…This was the only place I stayed in Italy that had incorporated USB ports into their outlets, and I can’t thank them enough for that! Being from overseas, it was nice to be able to plug my usb devices directly into the wall instead of routing everything through my laptop charger. I had an amazing view of Mount Vesuvius and the bay, and enjoyed the sounds of festivities from weddings and parties the hotel hosted. Everything was quiet by ten pm every night. I explored Pompeii and Vesuvius during my short stay, and the hotel was ready with guide service recommendations upon my arrival—another service not previously encountered during my two weeks in Italy. It was perfect and really helped me make the most out of my time in the area. I ordered room service each night for dinner simply because when I got back from touring I was beat and had studies to do for online classes I am taking while traveling. It was delicious. The wifi was mostly dependable during the day but less so late at night, which was no bother to me because by then I needed to sleep anyway. I utilized spa services while there and was happy with the ease with which I was able to schedule around other activities and with the delivery of services. The pool did close for most of the day (after 12 noon), but again it didn’t really matter for me because I was there to explore surrounding areas and was mostly at the hotel just to eat, sleep, and study, being gone the rest of the day. I found pretty much ALL the staff to be kind, courteous, and helpful, and was relieved there were always staff on hand that spoke some English as my mastery of Italian is very limited. I will definitely recommend this place to other travelers visiting the area!
