Astonishing view. Great pool area.

A labyrinth with clear directions. First night, we had, for a venue on this ratings, catastrophic Steak Tartars. After complaining, they chose not to charge for it. The only compensation was a gentile cup of coffee per person. :-/ Remaining meals went without reason to complain, without being overly impressive.

Views were stunning, food was overall of a high standard. Enjoyed the activities, yoga teacher was excellent! Beautiful main pool was very relaxing to swim in. Hotel was perfect for a milestone birthday celebration.

Some of the waiting staff were unfriendly and my husband was made to change open toe smart sandals for dinner which was not welcome given that there was some bad footwear/attire tolerated we witnessed from other diners. A loud family near our room and screaming children around the spa pool was surprising and unwelcome. This hotel is not suitable for children, something that adults wanting complete peace and relaxation should be aware of.

The outside space will make us come back. The view is breathtaking and the facilities outside a real delight. The staff kindly recommended a lot of restaurants around the property and we had a great experience.

The interior design is very poor for an hotel of this standard. Also the staff is a bit slow sometimes. Restaurants (both of them) are way too expensive for the quality of the food (if we come back we will not dine there). Also the staff was coming often in the bedroom even though we did not put the indication to come and do the room - someone from the cleaning crew made my watch fall several times which was a bad surprise.

Everything about this hotel was sensational. The facilities are unmatched in the region and the location, hospitality and focus on relaxation all combine to make Lefay the absolute number 1 resort in Veneto for a couple looking to escape the day-to-day and indulge in some luxury. A special mention must go to the staff who make you feel like a celebrity while you stay at the resort. Everyone remembered our names and greeted us warmly. They made arrangements for us with minimum fuss, always smiled, and maintained a constant level of attention that wasn't intrusive. They were perfect. The restaurants are excellent and the pool and spa facilities must be enjoyed every day. It'll take a good 3 days to make the most of everything on offer in this respect. Take it slow and really let yourself go.

The only word of warning is that you must be prepared to bring lots of money. Although it's not unusual for a resort of this calibre, it may come as a shock when you fork out 8 euros for a bottle of coke zero (for example). Generally speaking, if you're a couple staying on the resort all day, you'll likely spend about 80% to 100% of the room rate again on drinks, food, and so on.

The hotel is located in a secluded spot on the top of the hill and all rooms have a great view of the lake. Rooms and hotel in general are super clean and in a well run state. our junior suite was spacious with a comfy bed and had an exit to the lawn with some sun beds outside. Upon arrival we got a room by the pool, but after our request it was changed to a quieter location on the side of the hotel SPA zone with its multiple pools, saunas and an extensive list of treatments is definitely a highlight - you can’t help but relax by the pool occasionally going for a massage. Breakfast is great and will suit any taste. Overall a great place to relax and treat your mind and body. We usually treat hotels as a base for exploring the region, but in this case we’re choosing to stay and enjoy the hotel.

For some reason in some cases the staff was rather slow to react. A simple task of getting an iron became a four day quest with multiple reminders. The place is pricey. To enjoy the SPA, bar and food expect to spend 50-100% of your daily room rate per day. Mostly it is to be expected, however in some positions it’s clearly overpriced (mostly concerning snacks and drinks in the bar). If you come by car and plan driving around, expect to spend 10-15 minutes getting up and down the mountain, but you forget about it once you get to the hotel and see the views.

Very well designed and managed resort with exceptional view. I love the no child policy, very chilled and no noise. Spa and sauna are stunning especially with the panorama view, give us the Zen feeling.

The only part that could be improved is that I’d wish to see some smiles from the restaurant staff(male in glasses)in the morning, it’s a beautiful place that could warm people more with a smile.

Stayed as part of our Honeymoon road trip. Everything was perfect, room was amazing and very comfortable, staff were brilliant, 5 star service at all times, lots of different outdoor pools, spa was fantastic and some really interesting facilities, we paid for extra massages and spa. The views are the best in Lake Garda and better than Como in our opinion. Breakfast was fantastic. Very special place for a special occasion.

Personal opinion, but we didn’t actually enjoy the food at the La Limonaia restaurant, but then you don’t have to go there!

The attention to every wish we might want was perfect from every staff person except for the restaurants

The food in the restaurants was overpriced and under flavored, just as it was the last time we were there so nothing has improved in that category . The most we are hoping for is great local food done with fresh ingredients delivered with care and attention. We do not want ANY weird fusion fume food that might have been wonderful in an abstract way in cooking school some day when all ideas of great food went out of the window

Exceptional short break for our honeymoon. Stunning interiors, choice of pools, food and drinks all overlooking the lake. Staff were excellent. We were treated so well by all of them.

Pretty pricey but it was a once in a life time stay as a special treat. You can’t walk to the lake side from the hotel but there is a free shuttle.

Beautiful location, the staff is very attentive and kind, SPA facilities are excellent in line with the level of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast has a large choice of food of very good quality. Facilities to charge electric/hybrid vehicles are present and free of charge for the clients.

Pricing of the main restaurant is on the high side.
