Our room was great, great bed and bath area very nicely decorated. Hotel was very convenient between the airport and downtown across the street from the Tram. Large grocery store immediately behind the hotel. Also, several good restaurants nearby, particularly OCA and MUN. Staff was very helpful and made dinner reservations for us. We have stayed there twice and would welcome a revisit when we are in the area.

Location is wonderful just few minutes by the the tram 🚊 that is located outside of the hotel and its cost 1.5 euro for a ride. Parking in front of the hotel was free. The hotel room was in a good size. And the hotel stuff are very helpful and kind. Behind the hotel a very big supermarket

Breakfast overall was ok but in my opinion needs to be improved a bit.

The hotel was convenient to both the airport and the center of Florence. There is the tram that runs right in front of the hotel and you can take this directly to city center. Since we only stayed one night to catch an early morning flight out back to the United States and also return our rental car, this was the best place to stay for both. Really clean and big room, quite considering it is on a busy street and there is a grocery store right next door that is open 25 hours for anything you may need. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, but it was enough for us to love it. From the very first impression with the staff member that welcomed us at the reception with a big smile and bundle of information, to the room that was sparkling clean and neat. The room was equipped with everything that is necessary to have a good stay, and the bed was really comfortable. We had a peaceful night without distracting noise. One of the biggest plusses was free parking right next to the hotel, which was easy to locate and enter. Also, we loved the fact that the tram station was right in front of the hotel, which takes you to the centre of the city and back. The receptionist explained everything regarding public transport and even gave us a map with all the information. This was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very well located, excellent staff and nice premises. We need to mention a young lady in the reception when we check in, her name is Camila, who was extremely bright and efficient. She was leading with a lot of clients, with a lot of pressure and she was doing everything in the most efficient and expedited way, and always in a very good mood, calm and smiling. A real eficiente and kind receptionist.

Great location ( we were shifted to StarHotels Michelangelo Florence due to an issue with the hotel’s systems). Rooms were comfortable.

Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. A very bad experience with just one staff in the restaurant- never encountered such atrocious behavior in years - globally. Had dropped a note to the hotel detailing this incident, but, no response.

Very good location! Right across the street from a tram stop that takes you directly to the city center, train station, and/or airport. laundry mat right around the corner (which was a plus for our family backpacking thru Italy)! Staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were very nice and clean, bed was comfortable.

Nice accommodation for us near the airport after a cancelled flight. Just a five minute taxi ride from the airport. We used a taxi due to our luggage but there is also a tram stop in front of the hotel. The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of foods in the buffet.

Excellent location, just opposite tram line 2. The same T2 to get to the hotel from the airport and to get to the centre of Florence. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, luxurious and extremely clean.

My colleagues tried the breakfast and weren't very impressed.

A lovely hotel is in front of the tram station. 6 stops and you are at the central train station 7 stops and you are in the center of Florence. One minute of walking and there is a large supermarket. The staff is really charming and humane even in the most stressful moments. Everything is clean. I choose this hotel already 4 times during my vacations in Italy. Sharon
