Hotel Beatrice

The hotel is located near old town walls, The place is rather old, one could say somewhere in 50ies of 20th century. But with good parking lot and rather large room. The bathroom was also rather big. The room itself has not particularly developed instracture but was quite spacious and convenient. The breakfast was quite good and satisfactory. Our general feelings are positive.

Basically we have not got special expectations as we were just traveling to south of the Italy and wanted to stop for one night.

Welcoming staff, great location, tasty breakfast with lots of choice, comfortable bed, good shower.

A few little things could have been better - hooks in bathroom for towels, plugs in basin and bidet, RAI TV channels. The restaurant dinner is pretty awful - processed and microwaved. I haven’t scored the hotel down for this as we weren’t exactly encouraged to eat there - but to alert other travellers.

Excellent quality for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast good selection. Very clean. Staff very helpful and available. We had to extend our stay due to cancelled flights and were very helpful

No bath (in the standard accommodation rooms). Air con blew out warm air on our final day of stay. 8th day. Not sure why but was very hot to sleep.

The staff were very friendly, the Hotel is in the center and has nice views of the Historical sites, nice place with comfy beds and the juicer at breakfast is a great touch , we liked that very much.

The staff was very professional, and make us feel very comfy on the room and on the facilities. The castle outside is beautiful and has a great park for the kids, so we stay there all morning.

Due to covid-19 restrictions the breakfast could not be done on self services, and we had to call the weitress many time to give us all the food. It felt a bit like they were taking care of the quantities that were given to customers.

Perfect location. Breakfast was continental and could have done with greater variety. Rooms were clean and of good size.

Hotel was a bit dated and could have done with a refurb. Shower in bathroom was too small.

Bathroom decor and facilities not the most modern, but clean and functional.

Breakfast was good, great choice. Surrounding is super great, the castle near hotel and many bars and restaurants. Nice atmosphere and small town :)

Please try products before breakfast, some of them were already old.

The hotel has a very cool vibe and style. The room was big, the breakfast was great, and the city is just around the corner to take a little walk.

We liked everything.

Ideal location, facing the city's castle. Very professional staff. Quality breakfast. I stayed for just one night, but Este and its surroundings would have deserved a longer stay.
