Now our third time staying here, just a lovely hotel. Very authentic and rustic vibes with big comfortable beds and two balconies with amazing views! Bathroom is modern and very clean, the shower pressure is amazing. The staff are so lovely. Will definitely come again.

There is only 5/6 parking spaces outside the hotel, or you have to pay €10 per 24 hrs to park in the underground. There is parking opposite the hotel but it is a public carpark so not as secure. This could be bette explained rather than advertising free parking.

The breakfast was rich and tasty with lot of choices. The breakfast room stuff are very nice especially Valentina . Location is nice very close to the promenade and pedestrian area where all restaurants located and big free parking just opposite the hotel. The hotel itself has only few parking spots so free parking is a bonus. The air condition is good and worked properly.

The pictures of the hotel on the booking look much better then in reality: the lobby an rooms pretty old and needs renovation. The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken in the one of the rooms ( we had 2) and magnifier mirror can not be adjusted as well. I have to say they provides me with a regular hair dryer upon request. Also there are four weather bottles in the mini bar but no indication about the prices and you can think it is complimentary , but later we are told it is for charge, not a big problem but should be indicated well

very helpful staff-while originally assigned 2 rooms on separate floors, on the spot, we were offered two interconnecting rooms- very convenient as a family. the location is just about good, and you may park in a free public car park right across the road from the hotel. breakfast is awesome at this place with a wide spread available- my daughter expecially loved the pistachio cream filling for the croissants. would highly recommend a stay here!

it should have been clarified upfront that the sauna/jacuzzi facilities in the hotel are not a part of standard booking but one has to pay additionally

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The staff, couple who are the owners and the breakfast room host Valentina, made us feel like home, they did everything to make us feel comfortable, extremely helpful and corteous, polite but familiar. The property is beautiful and comfortable, bedroom, views, cleanliness, laundry, position , the breakfast... everything was perfect. It has been a while since I made such a good review, but it is well deserved and true. Can't wait to be back, this place is beautiful in spring so I can imagine in winter!

We stayed in one of the new apartments in a separate building behind the main hotel. There was a lift to our very nice first floor apartment. The double sofa bed that my son slept on was of good quality and easy to get out and put away. The double in the bedroom was large and comfortable. The shower was incredibly powerful, I think the most powerful I've ever experienced. The breakfast, in the main hotel a minutes walk away, was very good, bread and pastries, toast, yoghurt, fruit and coffee/tea. I liked the melon juice in particular. Wi-fi fine, large flat TV's in sitting area and bedroom, decent balcony for warmer times of the year.

Kitchen could have a little more equipment, only one frying pan for example, no basics provided, not even salt/pepper or a bit of olive oil. Though there was a washing up kit (and a dishwasher). An oven would be nice, perhaps a good quality microwave which has an oven function too. Although the power of the shower was awesome I couldn't find a way to alter the flow only the direction it was hitting you at. Some may like this, but I'd have preferred some control over the flow as well as the temperature and direction you were being showered at.

Rooms were spacious and super clean we stayed in Zerbion apt great for a family and very friendly staff.

Only tiny gripe was the things that were not included that we expected stuff like salt / pepper / a first few days cleaning kit with a sponge etc to wash dishes a bottle opener :-( . Facilities lovely juts some stuff that we expected not there like an oven (though there is a microwave) and no toaster! For a short trip like ours would have been helpful to have these bits and pieces but these did not in any way detract from the overall quality of the accomodation.

We stay in this hotel for 3 night over the New Year. Staff always friendly and available to help or for any information! The Casino is also 5 min walk and centre of S.Vincent as well. We did have a room with 2 balcony face different view. 😍Recommended and hopefully we will go again! 🤗

They don't have a restaurant available at that time in the hotel but a lot of choice around the area!

This hotel is an absolute gem. The decor and interior is superb, apparently it's in the traditional style of the region. The rooms are in the same style and are very comfortable. Then there's the breakfast plenty to choose from all good quality. Best of all the staff are exceptionally good, from the check in to the breakfast and the checkout everyone is friendly helpful and efficient. I will say it's all round the best hotel i have ever stayed in.

There's nothing not to like.

Food and the staff are fantastic, best breakfast in a European hotel I ever had. Location is good with enough free parking space. Room and balcony are spacious with a good view. Special full SPA experience booked only for you with a reasonable price.

Not much to not like honestly. I cannot think of an aspect that was below expectations.

very spacious, very clean, very modern amenities (new), neat. it has everything we needed. we would stay there again. very cosy village very kind personnel (we only met one but very kind and very helpful, took all his time to help us with all of our needs).

we wished that the information on booking had perhaps mentioned more explicitly that the apartments are in a structure completely separated from the hotel and that the hotel itself is closed (undergoing work). apart from that we really liked the place and found it to be great value from money and perfectly clean and excellent amenities.
