We stayed here twice: before and after a week of sailing. Hotel has easy, 20 min access to the AirPort, 10 min by taxi to plazza del d’uomo. It has a pool, is clean, has working AC, very good and varous breafast, staff speaks english! All the above is not obvious in Sycylia, and in Catania center. What else, which is not common at All, you Can have lunch. Free bar in the room, kettle with coffe Spacious rooms with either patio or balcony

Only thing musimy is having a dinner at the restaurant. You Can have snacks which are great for lunch, but you wish to have some pasta Still All restaurants are just 10min drive by taxi, which Can be arranged by hotel stuff

The hotel was clean and the staff were plentiful and all very helpful. We’ve stayed all over Italy every year over the past 17 years. The staff were great and the hotel was run well. I noticed this through other guest interactions not just ours. Anybody who travels a lot will know how genuinely refreshing this is. Free mini bar was nice a treat Pool opened 10am-8pm Food served and lunch and the evening simple stuff like pizzas, salads and panini’s, however, nice and fresh plus reasonably priced. Just a bit far from town for a family to walk. Possibly looking at 40 min + walk to centre. Ubers were available around €20 for a single trip

I loved the rooms in the hotel, they were spacious and very comfortable! Also had a lovely balcony looking out to the court yard and pool. In addition to this, staff were really helpful and kind and always seemed very happy to be working and interacting. Also, the location was perfect for us as we rented a car and it only took 15 minutes to get into town and when we did do trips to Etna (35 mins) or Taormina (45 mins) it was pretty easy to get to from the hotel.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like anything here as the hotel was honestly pretty great but I guess a small criticism would be a bit too much salt in the eggs and that when there are a lot of kids the pool areas is quite crowded as it’s not that big but again we didn’t mind this but just something to bare in mind.

it was cozy and spacious. the bed was comfortable. overall quiet area great for getting away from the hustle and bustle of town centre.

the ac could only be set on heat, the room got too hot and stuffy overnight. opening the window made it too cold or too noisy. there aren’t any supermarkets in the area, location is quite far. hotel could’ve offered more bottles of water. breakfast was good but needs more variety. transportation around the hotel was difficult, busses don’t run on time, Uber’s aren’t always available, and it’s a 50min walk to town.

Catania was the first leg of our 10 days long Sicily travel. Our travel started with an unpleasant taxi scam (overcharging) on the way to the hotel. We arrived late at night and checked in without any problem. The room is spacious indeed and more than enough for families. The staff in general is friendly and helpful. Specially we really appreciated the support from Valeria in renting a car . She was so nice to put us in contact with the rental company and helped us all through! Also Roberto (I might confuse with the name Alberto, apologies) was so kind to give us a briefing on the places to see in Catania, so thanks to him too. The breakfast was not exceptional but satisfactory. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel which is capable of 6 - 7 cars and it is for free, In brief the hotel offers good quality and could be a good option particularly for those who are traveling to Catania with their cars.

New and clean facilities, very spacious rooms and bathrooms in particular. Very friendly and exceptional staff. The location isn't central - but it's very good for those who rent cars, so its easy to get to a highway to start your day trip to Etna or to any other destination. The city center is like 15-20 of drive by car - so it's not a catastrophe either, bottom line.

Hard to say... We've been struggling a bit with relatively small number of places in the room, we could store our clothes in, during the stay. Keeping it all in a suitcase isn't cool. One small closet could really do the change.

Clean and modern hotel. Staff very friendly. Parking is subject to availability below the hotel, but car is safely parked. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast is superb. Really gave us the holiday feeling.

Location is the biggest downside. The walk to the center is long (approx 45min). And parking in the centre is also difficult. You could rent bikes, but we did not want to risk it in Catania traffic. In the neighbourhood aren't too many restaurants either. If you don't mind the location, we'd definitely recommend airone city hotel!

The hotel was very clean and rooms were large and comfortable (very large king-size bed). We had Superior room which was very spacious. Mini bar is refilled daily with complimentary water and soft drinks (Sprite, Orange Juice, etc). Buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty choice. Location is good - accessible by car as away from the busier parts of town. Though we were advised against using buses to get into town (we were told were not reliable), there is a service (BTR5) a couple of minutes walk from hotel every 15 minutes which takes 15 minutes to get into centre, or 30 mins to railway station - 1 Euro per journey - best to download the Catania bus app.

We stayed here for our Honeymoon / 1 year anniversary, all staff were amazing from check in to check out. they were helpful with suggestions in the area and the cocktails were fantastic. Breakfast had a really good selection of items and staff were so helpful. Pool area is beautiful and exactly like the pictures, our room was really big and the complimentary soft drink mini bar was a great addition! Water pressure in the bathroom was great. and so convenient it had parking. Really good value for money!

shower was quite small for the size of the bathroom, could of had more storage for our belongings.
