We are American traveling in Italy for the last 9 months and have stayed in many accommodations. This bnb was by far one of the best, cleanest and most well located to shops and great restaurants. Also the Italian woman who booked our stay was so attentive and helpful. She helped us with our luggage, picked us up with her driver so we could leave our car in a nearby parking lot, and she stayed with us while we were waiting with our luggage for our car to pick us back up. We are family with small children and she was very understanding about a flexible check out time and was also helpful in helping us find an excellent dinner and breakfast options. The breakfast is a voucher at a cafe 2 minutes away for a typical Italian breakfast which is a croissant, coffee and a juice. It was adequate and delicious and I mention it in case there Americans reading and think Breakfast should be eggs and bacon. Those things are hard to find in general in Italy unless you are at a big hotel or are staying in a very touristy city. Welcome to Italy!

The Host, Valentyna, was more than amazing. More helpful than she had to be. Very quick to answer to any of our(not so important requests). Was assisting us with how to go around the town and the Palace. Even called our next host in Sorrento on how to visit Pompeii!!! The place was more than just clean. It was super duper clean, even in the places where you don’t expect it to be as clean. Sheets, bedding, everything was extremely white, and everything had under covers against the bedbugs. Breakfast was great, just around the corner from the door. Thank you Valentyna very much! We would love to come back and stay with you again!

The location was close to the train station, the Palace, and restaurants. Even though it was centrally located, there was no traffic noise. I was traveling with a friend and it was nice that there were two beds in visually separate alcoves so we could be on different schedules and not bother each other with our reading lights.

The breakfast was a coupon at a nearby cafe for a cappuccino, croissant and orange juice. It was great food but was much less food than I am used to and the only hotel I have been at this trip that didn’t serve a full breakfast.

Great location across the street from the Reggia di Caserta. Valentina, the manager, has an arrangement with a garage nearby and she led us there and also took care of our ( many) liggages. the room was spotless and with new, modern decor, I believe just remodeled.Very comfortable. There are also bigger rooms available.valentina was exquisitly courteous and very helpful and available, reall a warm welcome after a long drive and full of siggestions. Breakfast was Italian stile at a bar down the street, great place to hangout.

Very nice stay. Breakfast is at a little coffee shop around the corner where you get a pastry, coffee and juice. Extremely good host, we unfortunately speak very limited Italian, but with the host we all made it work using Google translate ☺️ Location is perfect to visit the royal gardens which is directly across the road. We did notice on Google maps that the b&b in the wrong location. The street is correct. If coming from the train station like we did just continue down the road just a little further and you will see the signs on the right hand side. Would highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to caserta.

loved the location…a 2 min walk to palace entrance & right in the heart of the city so easy to get anywhere on foot (lots of restaurants nearby). the owner was so helpful- told us where to park our car. as we checked out we realized we didn’t have our rental car keys - she offered to drive us to check spots we might have left then. we found them in the car! she then drove us back to palace so we could make our 8:30am entrance. highly recommend!

excellent location, although very close to busy and noisy bars the room was very quiet! beautiful view of the side of the royal Palace! Valentina was very nice and helpful. Because the bar were they send their guests for breakfast was closed on the 25th December (and they forgot to inform her) she gave us a little discount on the room, very nice gesture. Recommended!

Property is right next to the palace. Easy walk from the train station. Just make sure you walk straight toward the palace when you leave the train station then turn right at the palace, cross the street and go left and you are at the BnB. Valentina was a wonderful host. She was so helpful and kind. Room immaculate. TV was great and so were the tea and coffee that was available. Breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice a real treat.

We liked everything.

The host informed me of the nearest and cheap place to park, and even picked me up from the car park so I didn’t need to carry my luggage, even though it isn’t far. Very attentive and great communication. Room was great, very clean and tidy. I had a great nights sleep. Breakfast included was also lovely.

Nothing at all could be improved, everything as pictured and described. Host went above and beyond to ensure I had a nice stay.

Hotel room was superbly clean, location was right next to the Caserta palace & gardens. There is an elevator in this building as well. Breakfast is included at an external cafe around the corner with lovely staff (pastry per person & drink). Overall can't fault.
