The apartment is in a great location and has been renovated with great taste. The room are spacious and so was the private bathroom. The beds and pillow were good quality and really comfortable (to me, mattresses are a very personal thing). The common area is very nice - there's a basic kitchen set, tables, and 2 sofas. There's free coffee/tea provided, as well as the breakfast in the bar downstairs (basic italian breakfast - coffee and a cornetto). I can't say enough good things about the host. Umberto went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and had a couple very thoughtful gestures that speak to the kind of person he is: I'm from Argentina, so one morning he showed up with a smile on his face and showed me he had bought a sleeve of Nespresso's Buenos Aires lungo just for me. He also went to the store and bought various food options for my last breakfast, knowing I would checkout really early and everything would be closed, and left it for me at the apartment. I am sure I will be staying there again whenever I go back to CB.
Nothing not to like. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the room, but really it's a tiny detail.

Everything was perfect! It was amazingly decorated, spotless, well designed/equipped and the manager is so kind, polite, friendly, professional and went above and beyond for us💗
That we couldn’t stay longer and that the manager had a small car accident after he offered to give us a ride from the train station because we had arrived so late at night after missing a connection!

The owner was very friendly and hospitable, and the place is very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are huge and luxurious.
Only complaint might be there was no interesting view from my room window, but that is very minor.
