The code for the door to access the property after hours worked on the outer door but by the time we had opened that door the inner door would not open. please add to the instructions that if the inner door does not open re enter the code

This is a fabulous small modern hotel ideally located right in the historic centro. It’s only 2 mins walk to everything. It’s also very quite at night, no noise at all!. The rooftop area is gorgeous. We took our wine up one evening and it was such a lovely area to sit and enjoy a wine before going out to dinner. All the staff are fantastic and so friendly and helpful. There is also a lovely bistro in the hotel. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious.

I loved the modern rooms. We had the split level apartment. It was great except the pillows were very flat. I’m sure if we had asked they would supply more. We instead found softer pillows from the sofa bed lounge which were fine.

We loved the location of the property. Close to many restaurants and It is a straight shot to Bari Centrale (train station) about a 10 minute walk. If you have a lot of luggage I would suggest a taxi. We were able to check ourselves in to our room without staff in the evening hours. There was a lovely young lady at the reception desk in the morning who spoke English, was very helpful and her smile lit up the room. The morning breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety of homemade sweet and savory items. We were also surprised with some freshly made local cheese. 😋

The bedroom was upstairs but the air conditioning did not reach the room. Also, the stair railing should probably have a middle handrail as there is a very large gap that someone could fall through. There is a sofa-bed downstairs but we were too exhausted from our flight that we did not use it. I would suggest a fan for the upstairs.

What a great palazzo in the middle of the old town of Bari. Beautiful rooms, the breakfast was delicious, loved the bar area outside to sit in the afternoons and people watch. The staff really made our stay exceptional. Couldn’t do enough to please and help us explore Bari. The two girls at reception (sorry I didn’t take down names) were amazing.

Not a lot but I think the rooms need more mirrors. For a family of 4 sharing one bathroom with the rooms dimly lit, would just have been more helpful to get us all dressed and out the door without having to squeeze into the bathroom.

Everyone we dealt with from reception to restaurant were so friendly and helpful..wonderful team. Breakfast was really good. We had arrived early, so rooms were expediated for us to access. So many tips for surrounding area,,there are many restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooms are unique.

We had 2 sit level rooms, and its difficult to get temperature correct. Air-conditioning downstairs was freezing, but upstairs in bedroom, super humid and stuffy. Don't know if this is normal, or if it was due to extreme temperatures outside.

Fantastic service - great personnel at reception and restaurant!!! The hotel is really impressive - combination of 16 century with contemporary Italian design. The studio was looking even better than the professional photos in the internet. It was really spacious with very high ceilings - a real palazzo. Its location is great - in the old city but in a quit street, and 2 minutes walk to the main shopping streets and restaurants and bars. The rooftop terrace is also very charming to have a place of wine and enjoying the views over old city.

Very comfortable bed and very quiet at night, despite being near the edge of the old town and close to the shopping area and seafront. Close walk to all, and only a 15 min slow walk to the railway station. Staff excellent and we were given some good recommendations for places to eat. Building has a lovely roof terrace, and the whole place is spotlessly clean . I would recommend this accommodation to friends if they were coming to Bari. Bari is a good city for a city break. It has a large University, so there are always people around in the evenings. The Saturday night there were loads of people about, and there was still life on the other nights.

Nothing bad at all

Apartment type room in a lovely hotel right in the old town of Bari. Really helpful and friendly staff both at reception and breakfast. Very comfortable bed , good shower, and clean room. Good continetal breakfast with local breads, Foccia, ham, cheese, croissants, cakes etc. Tip - we were a group of 4, so worth getting a taxi from the airport which has a fixed price of €25. Alternatively the train is €5 per person.

The Sky TV dropped out occasionally, which was unfortunate as I was catching the end of a football game, but you don't go to beautiful Bari to watch TV, so not a major issue, so I didn't raise with reception.

location in the old town was exceptional, being built into the old walls with great thought to clean modern comfort. a shot walk to the port and to the designer shops, restaurants etc The old town in beautiful. i would love to come back to Bari and if I did I would stay at this hotel again. the roof terrace also a bonus, and staff very helpful. we left our luggage for the day before getting the ferry. and again used the roof terrace to relax even though we had checked out.

more pillows, and some complimentary coffee would complete the facilities.

Great location in middle of the old town. Quiet area and big room in a beautiful architecture mixing both modern and ancient. Friendly personal and we appreciated we could keep our room a bit longer on the last day.

The portions at the breakfast could have been bigger. Pity that there is no rooftop bar service and the restaurant downstairs was closed on Monday when we wanted to have a drink there in the evening.
