The breakfast was ok. There was no member of staff who spoke English so language barrier was very difficult.
Hardly any English speaking staff and we had to pay €5 per person to swim when we thought it was free with our booking, the showers were so small I could not get in through the sliding doors and the balcony had no tables and chairs. The bed mattress was so hard my back was painful for the whole of the stay. The plus side, the gardens were maintained beautifully.

everything was lovely apart from the reason we booked the hotel was to be able to use the spa & pool facilities that are advertised. Unfortunately they was not open and the staff could not tell us if they would even be open the following day or why they was not open. It is miss leading and should not be advertised.

the cleaning staff were good
very basic, you can’t actually use the pool outside. there was wedding all 3 days we were there so we felt bad sitting outside with the wedding guests. staff weren’t exactly friendly. used the Indoor pool and there was a a trap door open with a broom across it to make you aware
