I ve ve been traveling a lot the past 15 years both for work and pleasure and I consider myself quite picky! I have to say that I rarely found this level of great service especially to what regards the attention to details that makes all the difference. The room was very spacious, comfortable, decorated with good taste and clean. There was a selection of free teas, coffee capsules as well as snacks and bottles of waters which they topped up daily and a complimentary bottle of prosecco upon arrival. Full amenities including slippers and toothbrush and shaving kit (which in most hotels one must ask for at reception) and even hair brushes and a straightening iron! Breakfast was included and we were given coupons for the near by caffe where we were offered a selection of pastry and a plater of cold cuts and cheeses all of which were excellent . Our room had a little balcony which was overlooking the main square of the village and it was really the best spot to enjoy a panoramic view of the square and the trulli. The owner was available and happy to respond swiftly to various informations and requests on our end

- the accommodation was exceptional; just as in the pictures and as described. perfect location to enjoy Alberobello and get away from the crowds. All 5* including high end Prosecco, chocolate, Nespresso coffee, tea, and bottled water daily included. Quiet at night. the balcony was ideal for morning coffee, a late afternoon read or just relax and of course vino/beer before dinner. -breakfast was at the best breakfast cafe in town and very close. it included cheese, meats, croissant/baguette, cappuccino (or your choice) and freshly squeezed orange juice. Not orange juice!? ;) -the suite has secure bike storage which made having an e-bike stress-free. -But a real highlight was the host. He recommended ,and in one case arranged, local experiences that weren’t online or in any guide. I couldn’t have found or known about them and they became the highlights of my trip (cheese making, local organic winery with 5* tasting, restaurants, etc) And by wine tasting think tour plus 6 wines and gourmet food from around Puglia with each - made for an incredible and fun afternoon! -I stayed for 6 nights solo and it was the perfect base to access Locorotondo, Cisterino, Noci, Putignano, Martina Franca all via the Valle D’itra acqueducts and quiet country road cycling routes.

It’s a great luxury B&B apartment. The location is great, right next to the world heritage site. In the apartment, in each room, there was a coffee machine, some local snacks, still and sparkling water and a bottle of sparkling wine. They even have a hair straightener. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family of 4. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and attached bathroom.

Cleaning wasn’t done daily. It was every 2 days. And the beds were a little too soft for my liking. Also, not to complain but just for info: The breakfast is at a bar 2 mins away from the property.

If you wish to stay right in the heart of Alberobello then this property is perfect. Beautifully decorated with a lovely spacious feel to it, plus a balcony to look over the town from, the only negative was that we only had 1 night there – we could have been there for much longer! All communication with Giannangelo was helpful & easy to follow, especially the parking information as Alberobello can be difficult to navigate in relation to where to park. The breakfast which is taken just across the main street at Pane e Mozza which excellent – all included. Would highly recommend this property for a stay in Alberobello.

Everything! This stop was not planned and to score this room was a blessing from God. First the price was beyond good, you cannot get a 2 star room in America for what we paid for this 5 star experience. First when you see the town you are overwhelmed with the beauty and uniqueness of it all. Then when you arrive at the hotel, which is in the best location a person could ask for, you are greeted with a very nice lady. When we entered our room area I originally thought that it was another reception area because there was a big table with snacks, candy, water, coffee tea, things to do, wine opener, refrigerator and the list just goes on and on. Then we are informed by the wonderful lady that this is our area alone. Everything is free except for the different alcohol/drinks in the refrigerator. As if that was not enough she then hands us a chilled bottle of sparkling wine that was a gift for staying! All of this before we even entered our beautifully decorated room where we are greeted with a large balcony with a perfect view. The bathroom is fully stocked, including a toothbrush and paste. The bathroom and shower was spacious and luxurious; it even had personal slippers for us. And to top off all of what I just mentioned it came with a free breakfast. Let me explain this in more detail. When it was mentioned that we had a free breakfast I thought that we would get a cup of coffee and a wrapped danish. Nope, not here. We receive the royal treatment. It starts with your choice of coffee and juice. Then each of you receive an assorted plate of large croissants and danishes. Then they bring out bread, meats and cheeses. Then they bring out even more cheese and bread topped with olive oil and an assorted amount of vegetables that I never knew I would like in the morning. I normally do not post pictures but it was so amazing I just had to this time. With the exception of the breakfast pictures and the Trulli's with symbols on the roof were taken from our balcony.

There is not one bad thing to say about this beautiful place. Even the parking, which is not directly outside of the place, was not bad at all. It takes longer to get your baggage out of the car then it takes to walk to this beautiful place.

The location right in the center of Alberobello; the size of the room; the well replenished bas used for free during the stay; the magnificent view from the terrace over trullis; the breakfast in the nearby coffee shop which did not include only croissant/brioche and coffee/tea as usual in Italy but also the plate with excellent mix of cheeses and cold meat.

The partner breakfast company was great and delicious. The room was beautiful and elegantly decorated.. TV had Netflix :). They made up my room beautifully for my birthday. Provided free water and coffee supplies. Location is perfectly within the heart of the town.

Honestly a bit pricey for a b&b. You need to plan ahead for free road parking, but you can find paid street parking a few minutes away. Toilet flushing needs some simple repair.

Location is on the main square in the centre of town. Public parking nearby for 6eur per day. Room was large, bright and comfortable. Terrace facing the main square is perfect to enjoy coffee or drinks that were provided. Modern bathroom with proper hairdryer, slippers..etc. Didn't miss anything

Plastic mattress protection, is not only making funny noise, but also bringing breathability to zero.

arrival formalities, location, view from the room, parking, restaurant recommendations, breakfast the next morning, it all just worked - could not have been better and we are coming back in September.

Absolutely nothing not to like, everything was just perfect.

We enjoyed everything at this location! The host is incredibly friendly and helpful in every possible way, the apartment is amazing, very clean, with a beautiful view over the Alberobello center. It was perfect!
