Hot and tired after a long drive but owner instantly suggested we went for a swim in the pool. Great pool, big enough to have a good swim. Just be careful of the steps in! They wobbled and I’m slightly disabled so he held them firm. He has a good menu but unfortunately a lot not available in the evening. Room more than adequate for two for an overnight stay (one of the smaller ones). Stunning views from the patio/public area balcony. We sat there for ages with a bottle of wine and crisps available. Breakfast was lovely, great service from a lovely lady and plenty of it, including eggs and toasted sandwiches. Also secure parking. Right by the ancient monuments. I’d definitely go back!

Road a bit rough for a touring motorbike! But we managed. Otherwise only the bits above. Nothing to put you off.

I am hesitant to write a review because I want to keep this little treasure of a B&B all to myself but i HAD to write a review because this property is unbeatable for the price.The beach is literally steps away. If you have a room with an ocean view the sunset/ sunrise is incredible but if you enjoy sleeping in the garden view rooms are for you; the balcony doors keep the room pretty dark ( I stayed in each room different nights) The breakfast area has a breath taking view of the ocean and the living area have a panoramic ocean view. It really felt like you were at home.

honestly, there really wasn’t much but I will say if you do not have a car I would arrange a Taxi with the owner Massimo because we were charged double what we should have been finding our own taxi to get to the property from the center of town and if you’re lucky enough you’ll get Salvatore as your driver.

The best place to stay if you wish to visit Agrigento archeological site and you have a car to travel ~4 km. One have a beautiful view on the see from a tarrasse next to each room and a short walk downhill to the local nearly empty beach. No car traffic around.

A tourist kitchen was not available to prepare tee or coffee in the evening and the nearest restaurant was a walking distance from the facility.

Helpful and kind staff. Excellent view onto beach and sea. Brilliant balcony with sun beds and chairs. clean room. Lovely continental breakfast. Great location for a walk along beach to the town.

Parkjng is secure but troublesome(not much space and an expectation that keys are left for others to use. The road to the property is in disrepair. Limited breakfast choices. Small and compact room and bathroom.

Kind and friendly staff and homemade breakfast. Suggest booking the room with the terrace, the view is incredible. Some restaurants could be reachable on foot, 15 min walk to St Leone. No problems with the road as mentioned by other reviewers.

Not a really straightforward way to the beach. If you have a dog could be problematic for the owner and you because a small male dog lives there. Be aware of some homeless dogs in the area, so it's not comfy to walk with the dog around. (but it is Sicily)

Delightful. The bnb itself is lovely, and the location was brilliant, on the beach, with private access. I didn't go down because i was there on a cold and windy day, but spectacular view. The 'common room' very welcoming with comfy seats, great view, a hois place to read or bring your work. Verandah with the sane view for breakfast when it's warm. Warm brioche and toast for breakfast. Room clean, comfy, with a small verandah

Nothing really.... my room was a bit small, but that suited me fine

Massimo and Josie were extremely warm and generous hosts. We loved the property and it’s closeness to the beach. Also walking distance to San Leone. The views from the breakfast area were exceptional of the sea. The Valley of the Temples were just 10 mins drive from the property, which are a must see. We will definitely visit next time we are in Sicily.

We could have selected a slightly bigger room, but we still had a great outside seating area. Next time we will select the rooms with a sea view.

Big terrace, beautiful view. Very nice, helpful, and friendly hosts. Suitable place for parking. Breakfast with a sea view.

The room was not so large, to some extent, it was compensated by a big terrace. The terrace is somehow divided between two neighbor rooms, but rather symbolic. You can feel some lack of privacy there. But it's not a big issue.

Super nice place with great staff. They were very attentive and had a great view of the see. The rooms were fresh and clean seemed they were very new. Hot water was nice and good pressure.

The walk to the beach was 5 min longer then we expected but still not bad maybe 10 minutes to the beach. Which was beautiful once you get there.

The proximity to the beach. The facility was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were fabulous. The best part was the people who worked there. They were so helpful & friendly. Loved the puppy on site too!

The dirt road to the property was rough and bumpy. But we got used to it - it was fine when we drove very slowly.
