Classy renovated three story beauty, made brand new and fresh, but its bones remained very typical of the Old Tel Aviv bold style building. , The Hotel has beautiful, clean rooms, high ceilings, some with a balcony and all with wonderful bathrooms ., Amir and Shaun are running the place with a loving hospitality better than any I've enjoyed elsewhere. I have stayed at some of the best hotels worldwide, but this was at unlike any large hotel. I arrived at noon and was told to wait at the wonderful attached Café Monefiori and have a coffee while they prepped the room. shortly thereafter, my room was ready well before the regular check in time, 3 pm. They carried up m,y luggage before I came in. , The elegant cute room had everything:it was awaiting me with a bottle of red wine and two sparkling glasses on the bed, a large chocolate bar the best coffee machine and electric kettle, small espresso cups and spoons and a small fridge stocked with fresh mineral water and delicious bottles of sparkly ginger ale and pink lemonade. I asked Amir to take the wine, since I don't drink alcohol, and it would be a waste. Instead, I got these amazingly delicious chocolate bars placed on my yummy bed. The Montefiorissori Café, run by the always friendly Shaun, provided a full breakfast or when I was in a huge rush they made me a delicious coffee (made with mainly milk and a tiny carafe of coffee I poured in myself to taste, as I asked the first time I visited). I got some wonderful baked pastry and ran to my appointments. when I had time, they made me an omelette with bread butter jam and hot drink. Like a home away from home. Antwan, the night clerk, was dear and carried my luggage down the night before my early departure the next day. I shall always stay at this place when visiting Israel.

I was charged by Booking .com and then again by the hotel. I'm sure it was a mistake that will be rectified by either your site or the hotel. Other than that, there is nothing but praise about the hotel. I had to add an extra night to my stay, but I'm sure that wouldn't account for the double charge. 1. We arrived earlier and it was raining outside. Luckily we could check-in earlier at no extra cost! 2. We booked this hotel to celebrate birthday & wedding anniversary and they arranged such a nice surprise for us in the room! ☺️ 3. The room was super nice: with huge windows and cosy chair. 4. Our breakfast we received in a bag (cause the next morning was Shabbat): sandwiches with cucumber & egg (tasted so tender!) and several different pastries (each of them was INCREDIBLY delicious). We had a coffee machine in the room: it makes coffee from beans and it tasted so good too! 5. On the day of checkout we could leave our bags at the reception while we went for a walk in the area. 6. We received instructions for check-in via e-mail, so we could enter the hotel and the room in case there is nobody at the reception. But when we arrived there was a man who helped us with everything. 7. I called the reception desk twice during our stay and every time they answered immediately and helped with everything.

For us everything was perfect, but maybe for some people it may be useful to know: 1. There is no elevator in the hotel. There are only 3 floors there. 2. The airco is a ventilator on the ceiling. We didn’t use it since it was cold. Instead we used a provided portable electrical mini-heater which heated the room very quickly. 3. The luggage storage is a narrow place near the reception desk. It’s not secured, but there is a cam there and also the entrance to the hotel is via a security code.

I loved the hotel! - the comfortable bed, pillows and blankets - the size of the shower - clean - usefull and cheap minibar - the decoration, the room feels bigger than it actually is - the windows could be widely opened - there is room for your stuff in the toilet and good towel hangers - the good brand of tea and ability to make tea - the sweet cafe where you get breakfast

There was no view from the window, the water pressure is low in the shower

The place is located close to bars and a great nightlife. Still, it was isolated from the noise and very quiet. The room was spotless clean and decorated nicely.

Rooms were small, but comfortable. Beds were amazing and there was great airconditioning. WiFi worked perfectly. Breakfast in the bar downstairs was nice and the coffee was absolutely superb!

Bathroom facilities were a little outdated, but did the job just fine. Check-in outside of reception hours was possible, but you had to send in a photograph beforehand to get the code for the gate. We were informed of this after we had already boarded our plane and were thus unable to do so. Thankfully we still managed to get in, because the gate was unlocked.

The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of shops and restaurants even a laundromat which was awesome. The service was great and the premises was secure. I felt safe and very comfortable.

Overall, my I enjoyed my stay but I would have liked warm breakfast options such as soups. I also would have liked fresh fruits but I enjoyed the croissants, sandwiches and pastries.

Amazing location, breakfast vouchers for a café on Saturday, welcome wine upon arrival. All communication with the hotel was prompt and efficient and there was no fuss about anything. The amenities were nice, the shower was very nice and the bed was quite comfy. Overall we would choose it again for our stay in Tel Aviv.

Cleaning could improve, we found dust in the room and hair in the shower. Also furniture looked a little dated and at some spots paint was dropping off the ceiling. Improving those details would make the room perfect.

Two brothers run the day-to-day operations of this hotel and cafe. Because they own the business, they really care about making the hotel beautiful and the guests feel welcome. Sean runs the cafe, located at the front of the building and serves breakfast six days a week (vouchers are available on Saturdays). Yaron takes care of the rooms and public areas. We had planned to stay only two nights, but liked the location so much, we stayed an additional seven nights! This Tel Aviv neighborhood has everything you could want: TONS of dining options within a block of the hotel, and a lively late night scene, plus grocery stores, convenience stores, and pharmacy. It is very close to the Carmel Market and many beaches.

Because English is their second language, be sure to settle your bill before you leave.

I recently stayed at a hotel and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was perfect, and the view was breathtaking. The facilities and services were fantastic, and the level of service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

The location was perfect and the staff was really professional. Definitely a good place to stay if you like to explore, because is very well connected with the busses or walk distance.

Nothing that we didn’t expect. Maybe a little more space to fit better our luggages in the room, but for the rest was good.
