It has a lot more PROS than con's..the staff was wonderful!! The breakfast was good..it was the same stuff for the most part, but they had a variety so it worked. The location is central and easy to get a ride by taxi or by bus..the room has everything we needed, simple; since we used it to sleep and shower. It could be updated some, but it has a nice atmosphere to it. Love the outside patio (front and back)with seating and It has a flower garden to boot. They were very good to us. Hospitality, kindness and social is a good mixture to have personal and business. Next stay with be there again. Enjoy!

This is not a fancy hotel, but it is clean, the staff is very capable and kind. The breakfasts are excellent. This neighborhood, like much of Jerusalem observes Shabbat and holidays. Restaurants and shops are closed from Friday afternoon through Saturday night or Sunday morning. Plan meals accordingly.

I have been staying here for years and I will again. No complaints.

Room was on the 1st floor and private and quiet. Had a balcony. Breakfast is simply the best with so many salads, cheese variety, eggs, cereal, breads, etc. It is the best I have ever had. Great person in charge. Hotel was in walking distance of family location with several restaurants, shops and groceries. Just a great location for us. Was on a bus line and bank across the street.

The staff there are amazing. Breakfast was excellent. It's a very simple place, in terms of not a lot of thrills and thrills but definitely comfortable and clean and safe and incredibly well located.

The only thing I would have wanted more was more towels in my air-conditioning unit was a little bit wonky to deal with. It worked but sometimes it was a little too cold and it probably needed some sort of calibration.

The staff were kind and friendly. Checking was smooth, bed was comfortable. Loved being in a leafy residential neighborhood with local cafes.

It was a little further from the "sights" than suited us (but an easy walk for those younger and fitter). As tourism recovers from the pandemic, it is inevitable that facilities have become a little run down (but made up for by staff going out of their way to be helpful).

Breakfast is a full spread with Israeli, Anglo and continental options. Excellent! Also very high ceiling rooms and old but well-maintained building give great ambiance.

Wifi is poor. Other than that the place rates a 10 for ambiance, cleanliness, breakfast and good quality of guests.

The room had all I needed, even a small "cube" refrigerator. The staff person at check-in was very pleasant and helpful. It's a great value. The heater (which also functions as an air conditioner) was strong, and easily adjusted to the desired temperature.

This is an older hotel, and very well kept. The room and bathroom were clean, everything in working order. The breakfast was really nice and plentiful. They also set up a plata for us to be able to reheat Shabbat food. Everything was perfect. The neighborhood is great for those who want a quiet stay in Jerusalem.

Prompt attention from staff. They went the "extra mile." The location was very convenient for me and parking my car was easy on the adjacent street.
