UNBELIEVABLE BREAKFAST EACH MORNING. EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING STAFF. JUST THE "PERFECT PLACE TO STAY" WHEN IN JERUSALEM. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. YOU CAN WALK TO MOST ANY PLACE YOU DESIRE ESPECIALLY THE UNBELIEVABLE OLD CITY OF JERUSALEM WITH ALL OF ITS HISTORICAL SITES. DO NOT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.

I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS. ONE CAN ALWAYS FIND " SOMETHING " TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYWHERE AND ABOUT ANYTHING IN LIFE. THE LEONARDO PLAZA IN JERUSALEM IS THE ONLY PLACE I HAVE STAYED AND WILL EVER STAY.

The facilities is a walking distance to the old city. We could walk to the Garden Tomb. The food was very nice and there was a lot of variety. The manger Mohammed, was very helpful. We even got to be allowed late check out as our flight was going to be in the evening.

The reception area really needs attention. The cleaning staff do not clean the bathtubs and the floors well. Our electric plugs were on and off.

Beautiful lobby, everywhere spotlessly clean, friendly staff, convenient parking. Room spacious, big bed. Loved the halva at breakfast.

Separate toilet without sink. Room old fashioned. Location a bit far out from the centre of Jerusalem. Breakfast had a lot of choices, but no cornflakes or plain cereal. Only 2 choices of cereal. As I had a cold I brought a pile of clean tissues, but the waiter took them away while we chose our food. Our 2 glasses of water weren't empty, but he took them away.

The breakfast buffet is Excellent and the staff was very accomodating. We requested if vegan options could be made available and they brought as an amazing breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable.

Check-in took a little too long, and we had to change rooms after leaving our stuff to get individual beds (which we had previously requested). Having said that, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Big hotel with enough staff and delicious breakfast. The restaurant is so big and there was never an issue of finding a table despite the large groups staying in the hotel. The hotel is on a quiet street, 10min walk from the Old City which was perfect gor our family with small kids.

Room cleaning could be done earlier in the day, we came back at 3pm and the room was not yet cleaned.

breakfast was excellent, nice dining area ,efficiently run with a huge choice of items. the hotel was pleasant and easy to get around. great location near the major sites of east jerusalem nice swimming pool.

poor soundproof in room, worse because of peak season in August. long wait for elevators , crowded in mornings.

Great location, staff is professional and very helpful. Very clean rooms. 100% Recommended best option to choose in Jerusalem if you would like to be in walking distance from Jerusalem old city. Breakfast is excellent. We highly recommend - our stay was perfect in all aspects.

Clean, good location to transport and good breakfast for Pesach.

Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8am which is not acceptable. We could not find a do not disturb sign. This also happened on the day we were scheduled to checkout and they should have it marked to leave the room till after checkout.

The manager Mohamed was exceptionally helpful and explaining to us the location and hotel facilities. Nidan, checking us into the hotel, was fully professional, cheerful, and helpful. The hotel hosted more than 700 people dining for a variety of events, yet everyone was served well by the staff. Plenty of food! No crowding, and the usual excellent Israeli chocolate milk was available.

The breakfasts have always been excellent and the location also.

They have always met the needs for the groups that I have brought and my needs too.
