Was excellent experience with this hotel. The location was so quite and good with near to Sami abdulrahman park which content a large area for those like to do running at early morning. The staff were so nice , friendly and very helpfull. They upgraded my reservation to free breakfast. The variety of the breakfast was excellent. Gym fully equipped with 24 hours. Closed swimming pool

As I arrived I was greeted warmly by the hotel front desk. The hotel provided the best guest service on all level. Everyone greets and treats you with a smile and the servers were very friendly. The facilities are without a doubt one of the best ones I could expect in Erbil. The room is clean with comfy beds. Special thanks to the front desk manager Waed who takes the smallest comment as a chance to improve guest experience. Will sure recommend it and visit again on my next trip to the city.

During my second stay, I was very disturbed by the excessive fan noise in the rooms even when the air conditioning was off, I had difficulty sleeping. The technical team should deal with the issue urgently.

1.Only 2 elevators in that 10 level hotel. 2.The valet of car parking give u a card with the no. on that card is written we are not responsible for any damage happen to the vehicle or missing any thing inside the car!! Hey this is 5 star hote l! 3. Walls of the room are not soundproof. And our neighbors were making loud voice with there kids

All hotel services were extremely good, the staff entertains a very high and professional customer service. Thanks to Ibrahim who is always there for help and service with a smile. At AHLAN Resturant, Yara always welcomes us with a smile while offering a perfect service and a delicious food. Thanks to the reception team, and to the management Haval and Omar for their help and assistance in our booking and hotel facilities reservations.

The facilities like the pool/sauna/steam room/gym. And also the location And most importantly the staff from the door to the house keepers they are very good at communicating with guest.

The food at the restaurant needs a review and some improvement. My bed sheets had blood stains on it

Breakfast very rich but i wished it includes some gluten free products and sugar free. Location is excellent Close to many good restaurants and caffa's outdoor swimming pool restaurants is a nice place to spend the evening at and service, food quality, and drinks should be improved

the bar location, seating, decoration, ambiance, and food choices can be better. going out by mistake and re-entering passing thru security again is disturbing.

Rooms are big and comfortable, it's very clean and everything was sealed including your main door, bathroom ..etc, which gives you a safer feel about how clean is this room, the staff is welcoming and did help me change my room and offered all they can.

The room on the side at 2nd floor had generator noise, but it was changed right away for me to a quite comfortable room at higher floor, i think breakfast time should be extended to 11 or 11:30. many people get lazy but yet don't want to miss the breakfast. and usually hotels would offer it until late.

I have been staying at Wyndham multiple times during the past year and have to say it is my favorite hotel in Erbil. Staff is very helpful- especially Sherin at the reception always goes above and beyond.

A small downside is that there is no outdoor pool. While this may not be of any issue during the cooler months, it definitely is in Summer. Maybe the hotel is able to find an arrangement here, since the pool in fact is there but cannot be used due to the restaurant next to it.
