Swiss-Belinn Manyar

It's a nice hotel, great 3 *, modern and bright, very clean, TV 📺 works and not a bad choice of local and international channels, good breakfast and near train station and a nice big mall.

The in house restaurant was a bit expensive, they told me that the ikan bakar was a salt water fish, but it was definitely fresh water fish, easy to know because they taste completely different, I didn't complain but I thought it wasn't nice trying to fool me, I also wish they adjust or create a price for families rather than charging families(with small children)for 2 full rooms, other hotels do it, otherwise I think is a great choice for a weekend or an overnight stay, specially since we have direct flights from Penang, Johore and Kuala Lumpur.

The room was amazing, and the location was perfect for doing business at the Australian Consulate during our short stay in Surabaya.

After our stay, we found out that the hotel provided 24-hour in room food service. I didn't notice when I booked by trip, so part of this was my fault, but the room had no menu provided, which would have prompted us to order food to our room. Traveling with a 4mth old, getting down to breakfast during our stay wasn't easy, so we left the hotel every day to eat out. This wasn't easy either. Dinners we order gojek every night, had we had a menu in our room I'm sure we would have used the hotels room service more often.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The swimming pool was only open for 2 hours between 6-8pm which was inconvenient. The charge for airport transfer was excessive and more than double a normal taxi. The "American" breakfast was a bit disappointing - it was all bread and no/little protein. Some eggs would have been nice. However, it was very generous.

The bed and shower pressure were two of the highlights during my stay in Swiss-Belinn Manyar. I had a very comforting shower after I arrived and slept really well throughout my stay. Staff are really friendly and location is also great. Will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

The location and the room! It's very comfortable and nice. We visited Surabaya for family affairs and the hotel really provide us the good service. Love it!

The parking lot is small and in the basement. Some of the cars also parked far away. Another note is about the breakfast. It's good but mediocre, but no problem because we can easily buy food outside the hotel and gofood or grabfood were so easy.

I booked there for my parents and some relatives. They like staying here although it’s only for a night

The reception couldn’t charge my credit card because I wasn’t there. It’s a bit hassle for my parents to pay during check-in.

Excellent hotel, super facilities, great breakfast, very modern and spotless rooms with comfi bed and great bed linen, very attentive service and all at very very reasonable price. highly recommended.

The room was nice, I like the shower the most. In room dining was delicious, I ordered nasi goreng kampung

The refrigerator in the room was not working and the restaurant was bit narrow

Breakfast was good. Plenty of helpful staff on site at all hours.

The pool had cracked tiles and isn't really usable in the late afternoon due to other guests being rowdy in the area.

Close to the culinary and the intended venue. Staff are excellent too.

Breakfast used to be not an option in the hotel room rate. People who don’t breakfast is their business, when doctor said breakfast is a must.
