Awesome room (we had a suite, insanely big), beautiful big hotel grounds, nice spa, varied breakfast menu, good pillows, nice view, awesome pool, good restaurants with quite a few gluten free options, nice sand on the beach, good kids club

polluted beach with algae and smoke from ski jets. At the breakfast it wasn’t clear what was gluten free

The Conrad Bali is a beautiful resort. The staff were extremely helpful and in particular, the general manager was amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and a good experience. Breakfast options were great. Staff were generally very lovely to deal with. Rooms were spacious and views at the hotel were beautiful overlooking the beach and surrounding pools.

- The kids club was at the far end of the resort and often difficult to get to with a stroller - Restaurant options could be more varied. Breakfast was always a long wait for a family of 4 or more - Design of the hotel makes it easy to get lost especially when moving from tower to tower - Spa treatments were very expensive

1.The room!! Nika, the staff, we gave her 5 star service by gave us the best rooms while we were there. Especially the front ocean view room. Thank you,Nika. 2. The warm swimming pool. Still, one of our reason to go back.

1.We can see how limited the breakfast menu. But still, covered what we need. But still, kind of missing something, since for us, Conrad meant a best breakfast. 2. We were dissapointed on halfboard menus. I know Conrad has a good name, but that was because of the quality of the food, portion and taste. But that's not happend when we were there. We ordered one time salads for 2, and came with a very small portion like kid menu. And pizza came very dry and tasteless, for all we'd been charged IDR600K. So ashamed.

Everything else was good in the property.

They had big Indian weeding in the resort, playing loud music day and Night. On complaint, manager on duty did compensate us well. How manger handled it was quite impressive 👏. We opt for King room, beach front and they are playing music at beach front 😅. According to they should have well allocated these rooms to the party guest rather than any guest.

The service, food, rooms, facilities, and location of the Conrad Bali are all among the best I've ever experienced. Staff are incredibly friendly, relaxed, and helpful/responsive. We had great weather and the views from the beach were incredible, including volcanos and gorgeous ocean. The huge lazy pool with an artificial beach was a huge hit with our kids - they spent hours playing at both the real beach at the ocean and the artificial beach at the pool, which are steps apart. The kids club has wonderful teachers who speak great English and our kids loved the arts and crafts activities they did when we left them at the kids club. Food was amazing, both in the restaurants and room service. Best part is that kids eat free when grownups order a meal, and the kids meals are outstanding and healthy. Room was awesome, bed was super comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. Can't explain how much we loved this hotel.

We had no problems at all with this hotel. The beach was clean and safe for kids - it may not be most amazing beach in Bali but the pool and the hotel facilities totally make up for it. Very highly recommend Conrad Bali especially for families with small kids. They go out of their way to help and make your stay truly dream-like and relaxing, even if you have small kids with you.

Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The food, the service and facilities were excellent. The location is also not bad, only twenty minutes from the airport.

Nothing

The hotel has been maintained and the rooms we got (The deluxe family room) were in very good conditions, clean and very comfortable. The swimming pool was always well attended by the staff with fresh towels and iced water. Plenty of options for food. There is access to the beach and to walk along the beach to other restaurants, bars and market stalls outside the hotel. My son turned 9 while we were there and they arranged a small complementary birthday cake which was very nice of them. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices from different cuisines , fresh juices and barista coffee. I was hesitant to book this hotel as it is a relatively old resort and there were reviews about the place being full of mold. I did not see that at all. The only wall with mold was a water feature wall that has moss (not mold) that you will always get on natural stone. I believe it is the same wall that one reviewer here had attached a photo and said it was mold.

The beach is not a nice beach to swim as there are thousand of water sports happening during the day. Nusa Dua beach is not the best beach in Bali anyway. The cost of a la carte food and drinks in the resort are quite expensive compared to Australia. The costs were almost the same, even for local beers.

Rooms were good sized and super comfortable Wonderful open sea view, quaint beach Clean beach, yummy, and big spread of breakfast Chose a half board arrangement. Seafood restaurant was the best! Direct access to the beach, though private, there were locals who will walk into to ask if you want massage and sea sports. It has boat access that can directly bring you to other places or snorkelling Kids loved the pool as it was big, and some corners with sand too WhatsApp communication was good and prompt Spa massage was OK.

The beach was not suitable for swimming as the waves and seas are a tad choppy. There were urchins, too, when the tide subsided. A lot of things in the hotel seem to need an extra charge, and staff can be a little pushy to get you to spend more. The check-in process was longer than expected Kids club could cater to children around 9 to 12. This would make the place more awesome No nearby markets or shops to really visit, only convenient stores available

We selected Conrad Bali for our honeymoon, planning a two-week stay. Upon seeing the pictures of the lush greenery and the giant pool, we knew it would be a paradise on Earth, and we were not disappointed. The entire hotel exudes a tranquil oasis on the always bustling island, featuring excellent views and beautifully expansive grounds meticulously maintained with waterfalls, lakes, various tropical trees, and flowers. We were offered a lovely room in the main building close to reception on the third floor, overlooking the main lagoon pool and the sea. The rooms are spacious with luxurious appliances, with daily choice of pillow fragrances to choose from, comfortable bath robes and a choice of AC and a fan to keep the room in nice cool temperature. The pools are warm and clean, with some tropical flowers on the surface from the trees around. The hotel prices compared to outside world are rather expensive, but overall compared to EU, very competitive (ex. whole coconut with a straw to drink juice from for 60 IDR). We opted for the half board package, were besides wonderful extensive breakfast with local and international choices, we could also daily choose between three restaurants (SUKU - Indonesian and International / Eight Degrees South - Seafood / RIN - Japanese) to choose between set menu. In HB option you choose appetiser, main and dessert, and portions are so huge that we struggled to move after our meals. We especially recommend gambas (tiger shrimps) from Eight Degrees South and Mie Goreng and Nasi Goreng Sambal Matah at SUKU. But this hotel wouldn't be the same without its staff that is trained to the level of European hospitality schools. From receptionists, to photographers, coffee makers, housekeeping and barmans - during 14 days of our stay they were always smiling, remembering our names and our preferences (like delicious frozen vanilla / hazelnut latte for breakfast!) and never showing tiredness.

There was nothing we didn't like. We travel the world, mostly staying in 5-star hotels, but this one exceeded anywhere we have been before. Special thanks to Wiranti, Widi, Bonanza, Vigante, Ayu Trisna and lovely beach staff handling towels, especially the young gentleman with the most positive mindset making our relaxation days by the sea so special (unfortunately we do not remember his name). Because of your hard work Conrad Bali is a little heaven on Earth. You made our honeymoon the most special.

Upon arrival my family and I were greeted with the most amazing Manager who checked us in and made all our wishes of late check out so easy. Thank you. Then our suite... Absolute perfection. Stand out luxurious but also made our family comfortable with the layout, space (there is a TV in the bath!). Now I have NEVER had a breakfast like that before. Outstanding. Pool, beach, gym, sauna, spa... this place is absolute perfection as is the staff, food and cocktails :) Thank you for an amazing holiday experience. Very grateful.

Absolutely no complaints... even the surf was amazing in walking distance.
