The staff at reception are nice people. There was some sort of mixup and I didn’t get the room I booked, but they refunded some money and were extremely apologetic.

I booked this hotel for two nights, one before I went on an overnight boat and one for when I returned to Labuan Bajo. The first night was fine, because I actually got the room I paid for, which was a room with a harbor view and a balcony to get some fresh air. It also had windows. It was a perfectly reasonable stay at an affordable hotel. When I returned to check in for my second stay, they had given my room to someone else. They put me in a claustrophobic room with no windows another building down the street. After some days on the sea, I found this incredibly disappointing.

The location is alright, very close to a port. The bed was comfy. Ac worked fine. Bathroom was ok. That's all pros.

When you come there for the first time, you get scared of the horror movie look from construction. Our room had a construction view too so it was horrible. It's very old, even walls inside the room were damaged, no fridge. The worst part was breakfast - cold & horribly disgusting stuff, and staff couldn't explain what that was cuz they dont speak english. Decided just to have tea but the cups are disgustingly dirty too.

when im arrived,they give me a room with bad television and then change to other room.and the next day the television out of service again,No volume .so disappointed

The location is amazing, you can get a nice view of the harbor and it is right next to our awesome Italian restaurant.

Originally we booked the room with the ocean view, but when we arrived they said it was given to others already so they gave us this room on the first floor which the facilities are pretty old and had this smell that smelled like a ditch. There was no view in the room we stayed, when we open the window, we only see the seemingly unfinished construction site. All in all, I don't think it worth what you paid, with this price, you can get some nicer hotels.
