extremely clean & comfortable rooms. supermarket ,shops, restaurant and beach are within walking distance. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. I had a wonderful experience at the Royal Regantris Kuta, Every staff member I encountered, from check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. And at last just wanna say FOOD AND DRINKS WERE DELICIOUS 😋

The staff were amazing, always greeted with a warm welcome, cheerful responses and always willing to help anyway they could. Staff took the time to get to know myself and my partner and new us by name after only a couple of days. We were treated to a special long term stay afternoon tea were the managers and staff thanked us for staying at the hotel. Loved every minute of our stay.

Few areas in the room were run down like the bathroom sink being moveable and the silicone cracked and water damaged but that is to be expected due to recovering from the Covid epidemic.

The staff was really nice and the location was very good. It was situated very close to the Kuta beach, and had a lot of shops nearby for every need. Bonus points to amazing spas on the street that helped you relax after a great day of travel.

The rooms were okay. They initially gave us a room with blocked windows and close to the construction site, but on request, they changed it to a better one.

The staff are so friendly there’s a real fun vibe and the area is great. Drinks are very reasonably priced and the rooftop pool is lovely

On our current stay we have been given a room with an adjoining door with gaps all around you could see light and hear noise from the other room. But staff will hopefully move us tomorrow if I ask as they are so helpful so not a big deal.

Beds are very comfortable, room was big and I really enjoyed this short stay. frankly speaking you have everything what you need. On the roof top there is a pool in really good condition. We also book the breakfast and it was good deal, for sure you will find something for you. Close to reception there is souvenir table where are a lot of cool stuff in affordable prices - if you want to buy something and dont want to run over the city this option is for you

prime location the hotel is placed. we were able to cover many places from this spot… all the restro bars and shopping areas are by walk distance.

the room provided to me was bit smelly due to some reasons near the entrance area….which was not so comforting.

Location perfect. Walking distance to waterbom, Kuta beach etc. comfy rooms, clean, organised and pool on the roof a perfect way to end the day.

Breakfast is good if you like Asian breakfasts. Room a little tired but so good for price that I don’t want to complain. Rooms have no real place to put things away. No drawers etc but no real complaints as room big enough.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was fantastic! Walking distance to main malls and good restaurants. The hotel has its own restaurant and prices were very affordable.

They were really strict with the 2PM check-in time, which is only fair. Just that I was able to check-in earlier at other hotels during my stay in Bali, and I can't help but compare. Two other hotels let me check in at 10AM and 11AM. But rules are rules, so it's fine.

Location is great, in this location there ate couple of India restaurants. Kuta beach is walkable. Breakfast was too good, so many option to pick. Swimming Pool is nice. Bathroom with bathtub is add on.

Bathroom accessories(soup..) service can be improved.

Perfect location, close to good restaurants and the beach. The reception staff made our days better, always smiling and attentive. The pool is fantastic, good for relaxing with an amazing view.

We had problems with mosquito(crane-fly) in the room.
